How to fix YoHo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the YoHo app on iPhone
Update YoHo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall YoHo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix YoHo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve YoHo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

YoHo Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix YoHo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the YoHo App
1. On android, goto Settings » YoHo » click [Force Stop]

Update YoHo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YoHo App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » YoHo » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart YoHo.

Fix YoHo unable to contact server/ YoHo internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click YoHo » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto YoHo » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
