I have a problem with Zooroom Video Group Chat

To resolve Zooroom Video Group Chat network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Zooroom Video Group Chat App
1. On android, goto Settings » Zooroom Video Group Chat » click [Force Stop]

Clear Zooroom Video Group Chat App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Zooroom Video Group Chat » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Zooroom Video Group Chat.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Zooroom Video Group Chat » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Zooroom Video Group Chat » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Zooroom Video Group Chat
