I never had any issues with Golden1CardControls before they did the huge overhaul. Now everything seems to be fine except one huge issue: I haven’t been able to mobile deposit a check - any check - since the update. Now I have to go to my branch every time I have a check to deposit, which is twice a month. I keep getting a “we are unable to recognize an endorsement” message every single time, and no matter what I do, I can’t get it to see that I have, in fact, correctly endorsed my check. Someone needs to fix this bug, especially as many people are having to quarantine and yet still need to be able to deposit money into their accounts.
