Card control App doesn’t work

I’m using an XR iPhone. I took it to Golden 1 for the customer service lady to help me and she couldn’t fix it. I have uninstalled the app and downloaded it back on my phone and it still doesn’t work. Its not signing in. It ask for my debit card number which I added to the app and each time it tells me that “the registration process has been disconnected. I’ve called the phone number that came up on my screen, and the customer service person didn’t know how to fix it. So my last solution is to take my money out of Golden 1 and go to another bank and open a new account. I hate to leave you all with all the many years I’ve been your customer. None of my other banking apps give me any problems like this one do.

Used to be great before the update

I never had any issues with this app before they did the huge overhaul. Now everything seems to be fine except one huge issue: I haven’t been able to mobile deposit a check - any check - since the update. Now I have to go to my branch every time I have a check to deposit, which is twice a month. I keep getting a “we are unable to recognize an endorsement” message every single time, and no matter what I do, I can’t get it to see that I have, in fact, correctly endorsed my check. Someone needs to fix this bug, especially as many people are having to quarantine and yet still need to be able to deposit money into their accounts.

Multiple Golden 1 Apps now necessary rather than ONE

We have used Golden 1 for decades. Until the “updated” app, was able to activate all alerts as well as receive all other info using ONE app to perform most financial functions. This most recent Golden 1 app “upgrade” detracted from online performance rather than making any improvement. In comparing current this current Golden 1 app to 5 other financial instructions online access and user friendly apps, Golden 1 places a distant last. Golden 1 revision of their app was “NOT READY FOR RELEASE”! Requiring 3 apps to perform tasks previously provided by one is not an improvement.
