Log in to Golden 1 Card Controls with the Golden 1 Mobile banking app. Launch the banking app, tap "Manage your Cards" in the "More" menu, then download and launch the Card Controls app. Card Controls Features: • Card On/Off Setting - turn your card ON to allow transactions per setting, or OFF to decline all purchases or withdrawals • Real-time alerts for PIN and signature transactions to detect unauthorized or fraudulent activity • Usage controls and alerts - set spending limit thresholds, monitor activity by categories (such as gas stations and restaurants) and by transaction type (such as in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions and ATM transactions)

Too many apps
Why are there three different apps for my Golden1 account? I’d prefer it all to be in one location instead of separate apps for banking accounts, credit cards, and debit cards.

Golden 1 Credit Cards!
The old app allowed your credit card to be added! They shut down that one and the new app doesn’t work with them?! Frustrating

This card is effed up!!!
There are no lock icons on this app to even lock my card! Neither is there an option to register like the flyer from the bank has. I can’t even put my card number in as there is an error message that states my registration process has been disabled!! So frustrating! I called Golden 1 three times and no one knew what they were doing or even understood this app. So I went into the bank to show in person what was going on with this app. The lady there gave me th flyer we both went through steps to add my card with this new app. I still was unable to move to the nest step in registering. She calls tech support the person named Trevor said that numbers beginning with 4494 will not work for this app! Ridiculous! All golden 1 cards began with that number! Although I told her when you changed the last 4 or even 1 number you are able to proceed to the next step.. I want to be able to lock or suspend my card again rather than wait until the bank opens to protect myself should something happened. *** GO BACK TO THE ORIGINAL APP PLEASE!!!!
