Where did all the doctors go?

I’m unable to get a chance to speak with anyone regarding my issue..I’ve tried at LEAST 5-6 times but the timer just keeps going all the way down to 0. And let’s not forget when I actually do get connected with someone, the screen is just black and then it disconnects. Until then I’ll be keeping my $10 a month and deleting Jetdoc and finding something else.
Never got a call from the doctor.

Twice I waited the allotted time on the countdown clock. Left Jetdoc open both times waiting for a video call from a doctor. As soon as I left Jetdoc to look at at text message i got a notification a doctor tried to call me but I didn’t answer. I was on Jetdoc and never received the calls. Frustrating!
Year plan 4 months no answer

Everything was great last year. Then can’t reach anyone for 4 months. Can’t get anyone from support on the phone either.

Jetdoc is so great. Owning my own business I font reap the benefits of an employer paying a portion of my healthcare. My co-pays are still high even in my own plan. This saves me money!
