The app just ends up freezing once I opened it. This is a bug that needs to be fixed. I can't even get past the terms of service agreement page.

I really like how they showed terabox app in ads but when i download it i cant sign in, the loading screen is taking too long i cant get inside terabox thats all, thank you for cooperating.

Be Really nice if the services they offer would work without it saying network error. It's insanely ridiculous how often this happens. To this day still haven't got my extra terabyte for adding users. To this day it constantly lags out when trying to collect daily login reward, and of course no matter how many times I uninstalled and reinstalled it the Free Daily Raffle spin does nothing but network error. Reached out to their customer support to of course get zero response and even with a posted screenshot of their failures I have of course received nothing. Click any button and it's an ad. Takes about 5 long ads just to start a video I have saved. And don't get me started on the early 90's buffering system. Takes me an hour of buffering before I can even start to enjoy something I have stored. the upload speed even on a paid account is absolutely terrible. And the download speed is the exact same as a paid account. Tested it many times to make sure. So don't bother buying premium because guess what it'll still bombard you with Ads. You still have to manually upload everything with the + sign at bottom of screen like you would on a non paid. Basically buying premium is only to increase your storage and that's literally it. I know Google photos sucked with their ridiculous crap of 15G storage but at least it's Stored properly without buffering, without ads, and the clarity and download speed is legit. This is a hackjob app that needs some serious work and if you think I'm playing find out for yourself what a crappy app this is !!!Ten bucks the best I get for a reply to this comment is a generated bot response of sorry to hear your having trouble, of you'd like to contact customer service we would be delighted to ignore you as always.

The available space is not 1 Terabytes but only 10 Gigabytes.
