Constant notification

I’ve deleted Flex and reinstalled Flex , I’ve logged out if Flex I’ve tried everything & I still have a constant notification that sits on Flex itself. There is nothing to open and read/see. So I’m not sure why it doesn’t clear itself when you open Flex and read messages but it’s ANNOYING!

Flex is great. I use it daily for our practice and it helps with weekends emergency calls. But I wish there was a way to access more put into, like when the last appointment was or to be able to flag a message.
