How to fix OlduBil app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the OlduBil app on iPhone
Update OlduBil app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall OlduBil iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix OlduBil on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve OlduBil network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

OlduBil Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix OlduBil not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the OlduBil App
1. On android, goto Settings » OlduBil » click [Force Stop]

Update OlduBil to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear OlduBil App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OlduBil » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OlduBil.

Fix OlduBil unable to contact server/ OlduBil internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click OlduBil » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OlduBil » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
