Trivia Star repeatedly freezes and crashes, so you have to repeatedly pay coins for one game. Freezes on answers too so click keeps counting down while you're pressing the correct answer

Close and restart the Trivia Star app on iPhone
Update Trivia Star app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Trivia Star iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Trivia Star on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Trivia Star network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fix Trivia Star not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Trivia Star App
1. On android, goto Settings » Trivia Star » click [Force Stop]

Update Trivia Star to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Trivia Star App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Trivia Star » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Trivia Star.

Fix Trivia Star unable to contact server/ Trivia Star internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Trivia Star » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Trivia Star » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
