When asked to log in to register my I'D you didn't recognise my email or name. I couldn't even change details.

Today I could not open my Nectar App. Normally it just opens but today I was sent a code by text and it still won't open. What is wrong?

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Nectar HR app issues:

Force Stop the Nectar HR App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Nectar HR app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Nectar HR to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Nectar HR App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Nectar HR app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Nectar HR.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Nectar HR » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Nectar HR » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
