Most of the time it doesn’t load or says I have no internet connection. My gift cards on it are posted multiple times and I can’t see how much is left on them. It doesn’t let me pay with more than one payment method so I can’t use both gift cards at the same time or a gift card and a second payment method if my gift card doesn’t cover it. It’s frustrating since this is the only way to order now.

Please redesign the app, it could be much more streamlined. I make the same order all the time and still takes me a ton of clicks (such as choosing “ASAP” every time when you don’t even offer scheduled ordering) when it theory it could be like 2. It crashes frequently, loads slowly, has a bunch of weird formatting,
This is such a simple app and has the potential to be so much better with the help of a competent app developer. I’m guessing you don’t have a software engineer in house at a small company but I’m sure there are better contractors out there than whoever built this.

When I was connected to WiFi the app worked just as it should, but when not connected to WiFi I just kept getting the spinning ring of doom when I tried to sign into my account, which is required at checkout. I understand this might sound like it’s just an issue with my cell service, but I was able to delete and re-download the app several times with no issue and up until I had to sign into my account everything worked fine.
Also there is no option for “no milk” which I find strange
