Does not launch

I logged in and the app would freeze after I chose my purpose to use the app. Closed it, reopen and it stays at an image
Assessment not viewable

I signed up to get some reminders on how to handle stress well and in the set up there were several assessment questions. But on the iPhone SE I can’t see what the questions are even referring to. There may be a screen size issue.But if I can’t take the assessment I can’t go any further and the app is useless

Terrible app when it comes to technical issues! You can’t contact customer service it goes straight to an answering machine! If you’re on a iPhone you’ll eventually get kicked off the app in the middle of a task, you try to log back in and the app doesn’t recognize your credentials, username password! Calling your insurance company that recommended downloading the app won’t help you! Just delete it!
