Hello I paid for the annual subscription however I do not see an option to cancel the renewal and i signed out of the app on my windows 10 and now not even letting me sign in

I got this app about a year ago and purchased the year subscription for 20$. I stopped using it for a few months. When I tried reusing it. It would not sync up to my headphones. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it. When I did there was no option to restore my purchase. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it. I emailed and got no response. They new fee was like 100$ and they added all this mental help stuff. Why do you need all that for a posture app?!?! Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your money here. I had to contact apple to get my money back.

I purchased the subscription to this App and it was great at first. I haven’t been able to use it in over a month because it keeps crashing. Felt like a scam since there’s no way to report app issues.
