Everything Behind the Paywall
Other apps like Life provide more features without requiring a subscription or payment of any kind. Even with Carb Manager I can track my ketones, glucose, weight, etc for free. This app is only a basic timer without the upgrade to Pro. Every link leads to a signup screen. I am a big fan of Keto Coach (and own the ketone meter), but this app is a disappointment. $60/yr to do what many other apps offer for free.

The app we have been waiting for. Love how you can track your fasting and health markers like glucose and ketone levels as well. The real kicker is the Challenge feature with the premium version. In my opinion it is well worth the cost. There is just something about the community aspect of doing challenges, competing, and what not to reach your goals. Having others support has a huge impact on ones success. As a bonus, I love the sleek design and user friendly interface. Definitely a must download!
