Contact Intermittent Fasting 168 App Support

I gave this a one star bc i had questions about the app before starting. I reached out via email to the address that was provided. I explained the situation and it took four days for someone to answer me. I told the gentleman who responded to me what I was questioning, and he had asked me for a screenshot of what I was talking about. I sent him the screenshot and he told me this is not part of our app and never gave me an explanation or maybe who else I could talk to regarding my question. My screenshot is absolutely directly from this app. He was very rude with his emails and I just had a simple question and then never got answered so unfortunately due to this I give this a one star rating.

I wish I would have selected one of the other options for fast tracking. My chief complaint is there is not a way to view past fasts, or a monthly overview option. It only shows you 7 days of the week you are in via the “Coaching” section, and you cannot scroll back. This is also annoying, because there’s some sort of glitch that is showing me I managed to complete a fast on Sunday…in the future. It’s fine for a free app, but not worth the money I paid for a full price app.

Every new screen I went into seemed to have a pop up ad. I would have to wait for what seemed like forever to be able to skip the ad or for an “x” to pop Up so I could click out of it. Even when I tried to click out of some of them they would freeze the app or it would bring up the App Store to download whatever was being advertised. I understand needing to have ads but consider banner ads that I can ignore and that don’t affect the functionality of your app. I was super excited about all of the features but I’m not interested in paying premium when I’m not even sure I like the app yet, and if I can’t use the app on the account of the stupid ads, I can’t even give it a chance so I’m deleting it.
