I have a problem with Piñata

I can't seem to load my prior rent payments it's saying it can't find that year and or month date how do I submit new documentation

To resolve Piñata network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the Piñata App
1. On android, goto Settings » Piñata » click [Force Stop]

Clear Piñata App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Piñata » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Piñata.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Piñata » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Piñata » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Piñata
