I am having problems updating my billing information. I go to account and rent info on my phone Then I click on account at the bottom of the page there is My contact info My rent info-the last thing I see in this section is where it says "I have a lease with and end date" and that's it, can't go any further than that. I never even see the part where I can update my billing information
Hello, I have claimed multiple rewards but there are a handful that I never received. Some were from monthly subscriptions, but the ones I’m not getting are the monthly gift claims. Not sure what the policy is, but if I exchange the points then I should receive the gifts.

All of the “rewards” so far have been junk. All 3 that I claimed so far, I felt scammed— in that they were not actually gift cards or free items but the same promos anyone can get, like “free” meals with Hello Fresh when you sign up as a new customer or a “free” custom book IF you subscribe to the $20 a month book club. It’s just trials you can get even without their “rewards”. Which is really irritating. The only one that wasn’t just a promo was a $10 Target gift card— for $100 of their currency. The only benefit to this service is the credit reporting, which I can’t even use bc I have Capital One. My property management company justified a rent rise by opening us this account, but it’s very disappointing and totally not worth it— unless we changed banks, which I don’t want to do.

I’m getting an adult coloring book. I didn’t want an adult coloring book, but all other rewards are trash or you have to start a subscription with another company. At least with the coloring book, I can “re-gift” it to someone who likes to color and I don’t have to spend any money. The process to get any reward through the app is overly complicated to where I just give up halfway through. Maybe that’s their intention so they can say they have good offers, but never have to redeem them for anyone. I suppose they will just have to deal with consistently poor reviews instead. I think the value of piñata cash is 20 to 1 USD. Get the app if only for your credit score, other than that, I wouldn’t bother with the crappy “gifts”.

I got my hopes up here. A $30 gift card every pay day? Count me in! Unfortunately all the app is doing is preying on the fact that you just got paid to make you spend money. The “$30” becomes just a discount to certain websites, like $50 out of $100 worth of wine, or $20 off something that costs at least $30 plus shipping. You also end up signing up for a million websites you never wanted to, some of which will spam email you. And the “pinatacash” is basically impossible to get (unless you buy “pinata premium” or whatever for $3 a month for more earning opportunities. TLDR; you’ll spend money, you won’t make money.
