Good weight loss app

This is a great way to relax, even if it had no other benefits. I call it guided relaxation. It takes away tension that causes overrating and snacking. It also helps adjust your mental image of your body so that you begin to think a thinner you is very possible.I have been reading articles about hypnosis for weight loss. I would say a person needs to continue listening much longer than one might think. From articles I have read, it should be possible to induce a hypnotic state by using cues like holding the first finger together gently while taking some slow deep breaths. This is supposed to be useful when confronted with a table full of food at a party. Great app for losing weight!

This actually works!!!!!

The day before I got this weight loss app I was 100 lb and I eat tons of fatty food. When I started using this app I used it during night for sleep and I fell asleep right when it talk something about mirror n when I woke up I ate chicken with really fatty skins and more junk stuff. When it was the second night I use it I had to play it 2 times before I could fall asleep. The next morning I check my weight it was 98 lb. I was so surprised that I got off the scale n use a different one n it's the same weight. The app actually worked. I didn't exercise or diet I just use this app. My goal is 90-95 lb and I'm getting really close with this app.

Unexpected Benefits

I love this app. I had never tried hypnosis and meditation before, so I didn't really know what to expect. Not only did I lose weight, I also sleep better and just feel better overall. It's a very affirming script that guides you to imagining yourself after losing weight. I've been using it for over a month, and I've lost about 10 pounds, plus my eating habits are much better now. No struggle. I just eat better automatically. Hard to explain, but I don't feel like my inner deamons are making me eat. lol. The app just helps you make better choices naturally. I've tried a few weight loss apps, but this is my favorite.
