Absolute worst app I have ever used. Never loads, and when it does, it won’t let you do anything else without having to “refresh”. Especially seeing as this is something that employees have to use daily. App will NOT load unless connected to wifi, and even then will not load if I’m not in an EXACT location in the store. Constantly tells me to contact an admin. Have been TRYING to use it for a month and have not been able to, I’ve not been able to clock myself in or access my discounts via my phone either on PilotCo itself or the PFJ today website. I have iPhone 7 and my iOS updates are current. I shouldn’t have these problems.

I been having problems clockin in and out not catching on to my location and me my managers are getting upset idk if its iphone or what but PilotCo need fixing

It does not recognize my employee ID and when it does recognize it it does not allow me to login it says they’re in circles on my location and will not clock me in at all I cannot get to any apps do anything my managers are baffled they don’t know what to do about it there’s some kind of Age rating 4+ on it I don’t know what that means. ThisHas been going on for two weeks and there’s no way I can login at pilot only the managers can clock me in and out I only got paid for seven hours due to this one paycheck.I can’t login says I’m unrecognized I can’t have my direct deposit information I can’t do anything whoever runs this site please help me.Send me an email or send us all an update for PilotCo I think the age +4 has something to do with it

Can not log in from iPhone when logged in a screen pops out asking for Face ID

PilotCo requires your screen to be locked to use it. When you open PilotCo , it requires your password that you use to unlock your screen. This’s a breach of privacy. Employees use PilotCo to get meal discounts. Without PilotCo employees have to pay for their meals in full. Screw it!

PilotCo doesn’t work well with iPhone I was able to use it but a week later when I gets ready to login my screen is red saying sign on error please fix this problem or do an better upgrade

Super cool idea. BUT. Not every iPhone user wants to set up a passcode or a Face ID. That’s a little ridiculous. I should be able to clock in and out without that feature. It’s ridiculous that your third party app is requiring security features for use that iPhone doesn’t require for me to use the phone. Seriously not cool.

I love having access to all my work related stuff at my finger tips . However the last few days my app will not work. It either tells me the page is expired or needs to be reset . I have deleted PilotCo , and reinstalled and still won’t work

As an employee, i have continuous issues as of recent with PilotCo not loading completely and having to refresh PilotCo for 2-5 minutes each time i open PilotCo before i can clock on AND off, check the schedule, etc. It’s become so annoying i’m having to uninstall and reinstall PilotCo and pray it works each time. Along with that, It does not matter what connection i have. It does it both to wifi AND data. I’m running off 5G!? Why does this issue become apparent to multiple employees as well? Please! Fix this issue!

Stuck in a revolving loop which I’ve wasted 30 minutes on duty so far. iphone password, screen goes white and then 15 seconds later says app not fully loaded-contact admin. I’ve changed password like they want me to do so that ain’t it. iOS 14 is impossible to fully delete PilotCo and reinstall it. Something to do with June 1? Someone please comment with a viable fix in how to uninstall/reinstall on Apple. Possibly could do with the 2.6 earthquake today in the region but not 100% sure. Help as I can’t get into payroll either.

App is not working can’t even get into my lunch to use my discount threw my phone and won’t even let me click on or off it is there a update going on or something cause when I go t sign in the screen is completely white. I’d give it more stars if I could use it properly !

PilotCo delivers everything I need and right when I need it! I use PilotCo each day!
I installed the Pilot Co app on my google US Cellular phone and it has no options and says a lock screen is required, yet, the app is frozen with no way to make it respond. Totally bad app. I used LOVES Travel center, Amazon Fulfillment Center, Walmart, and other apps with logging in and out on them, and never had this happen. I can not use my 15% gas perks or anything else, I can sign in on my home computer, at least that works. I am sure the Pilot flying J app works better than this one for employees.
