App says unable to process pyment even though it actually does process the payment. This is a terrible error if you dont see that it has been drafted from your account and you try to process the payment again. FIX IT!

CubeSmart forcing customers to use this piece of garbage. Users must register a new account, which crashes CubeSmartSelfStorage .
If you get past the registration screen, it tells you that the item does not fit criteria (but does not say what criteria is wrong).

CubeSmartSelfStorage is the absolute worst business app I’ve ever had. I literally dread having to use it each month. It takes a LIFETIME to load. I can’t believe a company like CubeSmart would do nothing to fix the issue. Horrible app.

Agree with everyone below - the mere act of setting up the account crashes CubeSmartSelfStorage , and there’s no moving past that stage. At all. Completely worthless use of data to download.

App listed and told me my payments couldn’t be processed tried it again got the same message so I decided to wait a little then I find out my account had been charged twice. Apparently this is a common issue. I do not recommend using CubeSmartSelfStorage

CubeSmart is excellent. It is very clean and they are very professional. Sarah at Rosenberg location has great customer service skills.

I followed the instructions for creating a password and it won’t accept any password I create. CubeSmartSelfStorage needs to be fixed.

Could not seem to register an account. It would not accept any password at all no matter what I tried. Went onto the website to attempt and it worked right away. I then tried to sign in CubeSmartSelfStorage and would not work, also constantly has a pop up stating it cannot find my location.

As mentioned in an earlier review, CubeSmartSelfStorage is broken. It won’t accept any password complying with its requirements when creating an account. You can create an account on the website but when you try to logon through CubeSmartSelfStorage it won’t accept the logon. Hopefully they’ll see this and fix it but for now there’s no sense in having this installed.

What’s going on with you app and phone They are dysfunctional and It’s annoying and frustrating !
I downloaded CubeSmartSelfStorage and tried to register using my email and acct # then multiple times entered a password but continually got a message that the password didn’t meet criteria of min 8 characters include at least 1 number and no common words. I met the criteria after my first attempt was unsuccessful and I read the (!) but it never allowed me to register.
I called the 24 hr help line and it answered to a menu of choices to direct my call which I chose #2 ( existing customer) it continually stated it didn’t recognize my entry and repeated the menu each time. I finally changed my choice to #4 (help with something else) and it said didn’t recognize my entry again ending by stating to call back at another time. That’s my explanation for calling it dysfunctional help. If my bill is going to be paid late as a result of this I expect the late fee to be waved.
The only other option was to send an email no instant message help

I also could not create an account. It wouldn’t accept any password I gave it. I followed the criteria. It also states that there is no CubeSmart storage facility near me when I put in my zip code even though the facility is right around the corner to my house. Please update and correct the problems.
