Absolute worst app I have ever used. Never loads, and when it does, it won’t let you do anything else without having to “refresh”. Especially seeing as this is something that employees have to use daily. App will NOT load unless connected to wifi, and even then will not load if I’m not in an EXACT location in the store. Constantly tells me to contact an admin. Have been TRYING to use it for a month and have not been able to, I’ve not been able to clock myself in or access my discounts via my phone either on the app itself or the PFJ today website. I have iPhone 7 and my iOS updates are current. I shouldn’t have these problems.

As an employee, i have continuous issues as of recent with the app not loading completely and having to refresh the app for 2-5 minutes each time i open the app before i can clock on AND off, check the schedule, etc. It’s become so annoying i’m having to uninstall and reinstall the app and pray it works each time. Along with that, It does not matter what connection i have. It does it both to wifi AND data. I’m running off 5G!? Why does this issue become apparent to multiple employees as well? Please! Fix this issue!

I love having access to all my work related stuff at my finger tips . However the last few days my app will not work. It either tells me the page is expired or needs to be reset . I have deleted the app, and reinstalled and still won’t work
