EcoFlow doesn’t work. It makes me connect via Wi-Fi and then asks to update firmware which it can’t do because my phone thinks the power station is the web. It needs to connect via Bluetooth. Broken and failed! Now my multiple units can be used remotely or updated. Help help help!!!

When you spend over $7,000 you expect more! I have 2 Delta Pros, 1 River Pro and 3 160 panels. EcoFlow crashes constantly. How is the world to I update these things. I gave up on EcoFlow doing anything and I guess I loose some of the features. Also, a 4 year old couldn’t figure EcoFlow out. It should be labeled nuclear engine only ;)

Once it finally links and shows bar to 100% for connecting to the web, it backs out to EcoFlow home page and shows 0% and it is unresponsive. Been at this for hours and not I am really upset. The firmware update on the Delta Pro gets to 48% and dies. I’ve tried over 10 days for an hour each. Why ??????????????????????????

App is pretty cool but works terribly inconsistently. Spent over 4 hours trying to get wifi to work right. this app actually connected to my hotspot device and gets IP, but still says failed to connect.

I’m trying to test another wifi access point now, but the WiFi scanner in EcoFlow is broken, won’t even show nearby networks anymore now. I also tried unlinking and linking again, but WiFi setup fails again even when I connect to the this app hotspot on my phone directly.

For the amount of money I spent, every advertised feature should work right out of the box.

I have two Delta pros. They’re connected to my wireless network via Wi-Fi. After upgrading to 3.0.3 I lost communication with both of them on both my iPhone and my iPad. this app needs to hire a more knowledgeable network person. After trying multiple times to reconnect them to the Wi-Fi I see that each time after they connect the unit immediately turns off its Wi-Fi radio and the icon disappears from the front panel. Neither of my two units will stay connected now. Wait for the next version.

I use EcoFlow with a Delta mini unit. I have to login and reconnect via wifi everytime I want to connect EcoFlow to the unit, EVERYTIME. Huge waste of time. If the connection is always unreliable, why not use bluetooth?
Because x-boost feature is only available through the unreliable app, the Delta Mini unit is therefore a flawed unreliable product as well. Buy another brand. this app needs to get their act together.

Got this app delta today. It will not connect to my home wifi. The only way I can use EcoFlow is if I’m on the ecoflows wifi. This means I can not update the unit at all. I’m with the others, if you’re going to be a tech company, you better have an app that works the way it’s suppose to. When you can’t get the little things right, it makes us wonder about the big things.

This is the same ol story with apps. Hand over all of the information on your phone to China just to be able to charge at 1200 watts instead of 400.

User experience is lacking and the new update for better performance and app functionality failed with the error that my Serial Number is no longer valid. EPIC FAIL

So much work is needed on EcoFlow.

I dont understand why i have to unlink and link the this app every time i want to access its options thru EcoFlow. This is a portable battery, meaning its most likely to be used outside where WIFI is not available and connecting without internet doesnt give you all the options it offers. Make this bluetooth compatible or something where this doesnt require my home wifi to function normally.

Like the title says, EcoFlow is pretty nice when it works. Most of the time, though, my device doesn’t show up. Sometimes when I leave EcoFlow open for a few minutes, my device will show up; I normally don’t wait more than 1 minute for it to show up now, so I haven’t seen it in EcoFlow . I was able to do some fun stuff playing with the colors, & whenever my device shows up again I’ll play with it some more. For now, I can’t give more than 2 stars.

R600 pro Kickstarter version. Will not connect to 2.4Ghz WiFi router that is literally sitting next to r600Pro. Trash application. Everything else connect to router and works. Cellular turned off on iPhone with latest version iOS. Turned off, on, off, on deleting app, reinstalled app repeatedly. Nothing works. Normally I would not care HOWEVER half of the function of this brick is in the Application.

First, this application is ONLY relevant if you have an this app portable battery unit. I just setup the application to work with an EF RiverMax.

Initial pairing via wiFi is complex and error prone. Bluetooth would be a MUCH better option. In particular you have to re pair the wifi every time you power on the EF unit.

Also, there are several settings that can only be set via EcoFlow . No connection means half of the features are unavailable.

Again, PLEASE add Bluetooth support. EcoFlow itself is pretty decent with some nice controls. It's a bit finicky in that scrolling leads to accidentally changing some settings.

Finally, just did a firmware update, and now the unit runs MUCH hotter, not good. this app, if you turn the fan off, PLEASE give me a way to turn it on manually. I prefer a bit of fan noise to damaging my unit by overheating.

You can program in EcoFlow to only charge /or keep a charge/ if you desire to do so. this app recommend no more than 80% regularly to preserve battery longevity. So, I keep it at a lessor charge state in EcoFlow but the device just charges to 100% anyways.

When it is connected it’s a decent nap but it constantly disconnects and then requires a reconnection by deleting the old added device and re-adding it. It will not stay connected to EcoFlow over the Internet and as soon as you close it out and try to re-open it. It disconnects from the local direct Wi-Fi connection or I should say deletes the device is kind of really defeats the purpose of such an app.

I’ve been trying to connect my new Delta Pro fresh out of the box for 3 days. Bluetooth is the only connection that sometimes works. Wifi bombs out over and over I’ve tried different access points and even changing the security protocol. I work in IT so this isn’t rocket science. CAT5 doesn’t even work you plug it in and nothing happens. Love the idea of the device software is just not there yet EcoFlow looks nice but obviously that’s about it so far…

What good is wifi when these batteries are most needed? Bluetooth should be fitted or at a minimum provide a dongle to plug into a port to communicate when the power is down.
Otherwise this app app is solid and works when when you have a wifi signal…

Connected to my River Pro quickly and without issue (contrary to other users’ reports).

Firmware update completed smoothly but did have scary flashing warning lights on the display panel. Would be better if that were documented.

Feature request: push notifications to my phone when the UPS function triggers.

Thank you for this wonderful product, which I have just finished getting ready for its duties. The update to the firmware was the hardest part, and that was easy! It is very cool—both functionally and in the way it looks and operates. I had one of your earlier yellow power storage devices and this is light years ahead. Looking forward to my years ahead with your unit keeping me happy and safe. (The cool light strip needs some tweaks in the software, perhaps.)

EcoFlow is relatively great comparing to other apps I have used. Like ones for vault,air cleaner,weight which are very buggy and hard to use.
Sometimes the device is offline but I can still see latest button click events from the messages page and after restart EcoFlow the device is back online.

I haven’t owned this for a full week yet, but between my countless hours of research, other user’s reviews and the incredibly thoughtful and detailed design of the River 600, it’s already an out-of-the-park home run in my book. As long as the dependability meets expectations, this device has no peers at this price point.

This unit is incredible and I love it!!! My boss got a more expensive one from a different manufacturer and he is now jealous of mine. Budget friendly and really powerful. This fits my needs. I do recommend the product! I don’t know much about warranties and support but I will post again if needed.

Connected to Wi-Fi no problems. Easy to navigate controls. Someone said if the power goes out the Wi-Fi goes out ????? Ummm if the power goes out perhaps some solar panels to charge unit back up so power doesn’t go out. Roflol.

I have a unique email address that tends to not always work with all companies (new email TLDs are rarely looked at).

Usually it’s a major hassle to get a company to look at the problem and I’m forced to use a different email address.

Within just a few days their support got my message to their devs and EcoFlow was updated to support my email TLD!

Now I can actually login and use EcoFlow . First time I’ve seen a company take the problem seriously and address it so fast! Nicely done!

EcoFlow itself is great. A bit of a bummer that it can’t use local Bluetooth or a local Peer to Peer WiFi network to adjust the settings, but it’s not often Im adjusting the settings anyway.

I love EcoFlow. I have two this app products in an off grid cabin powered via solar. I have Wi-Fi on the property and can monitor both devices from anywhere. I love that I can turn ports on and off and change settings while not being there

We love our this app Delta Pro. We bought it for our RV so we could boondock. When we are not camping, we run our fridge and freezer full time on it. We have 3 445w panels hooked to it. We also do all of our dehydrating with it. If we loose grid power we can get by with running the fridge, freezer, lights and we would be able to run our internet and devices indefinitely.
