I reported an issue on Android where the app continuously crashes after being opened. They updated the APK to 2.1.8.7 and it is still continuously crashing Even when it randomly decides to work for a while, it is not collecting statistics, and will randomly cut my.internet connection while pretending like it is still working. Customer support is unable to rectify the issue, and after releasing a singular update which DID NOT fix the issue, they stopped contact via return email.

After updating to Adlock 2.1.5.8 I no longer can see settings, statistics, anymore on my Mac M1 using Sonoma 14.4.1. It stops working when loading VPN. Support answered my email once and just dropped it.

Buffering, as if the video is playing slower than it's being loaded if that makes sense. I have to keep going backwards on the video to get it to play smoothly it's constantly buffering this has been ongoing for months

How to fix AdLock app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the AdLock app on iPhone
Update AdLock app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall AdLock iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix AdLock on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve AdLock network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

AdLock Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix AdLock not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the AdLock App
1. On android, goto Settings » AdLock » click [Force Stop]

Update AdLock to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear AdLock App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » AdLock » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart AdLock.

Fix AdLock unable to contact server/ AdLock internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click AdLock » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto AdLock » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch AdLock
