Are you looking for help and heard an app might help? Are you worried and scared by it all? You would think folks trying assist in mental health they’d think of these things. That they would design something inviting and non-threatening, right?
Then stay away from this app! Its designed to trigger you from the get-go.
Why?
You can’t even check this app out - get past your trepidation and insecurity- even after summoning the courage to download it - without being rejected. You are not allowed to get past the first screen without signing up so they can acquire your data and information.
So you find yourself even more confused and upset then when you started.
Advice to the designers and marketers — don’t do this to folks already dealing with issues. Your lack of empathy would be funny if it wasn’t so depressing.

I like the idea and I would have used this app but as soon as I saw it was a 30 day trial and then a monthly subscription I was no longer interested. I don’t get why everyone feels their product requires a monthly fee rather than a one time fee. It’s too much to ask for. I would have paid up to $15 for this and then bought extra in-app components later. So they are definitely losing money by not offering that option to people. I’ll just go back to my notebook and IFS workbook and set reminders on my free habit app to check in with my parts.

I’ve spent countless hours over the past year chatting with tech support and have not been able to fix overlapping text with my parts map, and I haven’t been able to export my parts map and history to where they’re usable. I requested a refund but have not received a reply.
