TheFirst app on mobile phone does not update. When opening the app, it spins without end, not displaying program options to watch. Selecting the "live" button, opens and works. When attempting to reload the app from the play store, TheFirst does not appear as an option. When wanting to install the app to my wife's phone, it to does not come up as an option to download. Any assistance would be greatful.
Unable to login on Roku or Samsung phone. Works fine on the laptop that I originally signed up on.
Your michopne fades in or out depending on who is using it. You need to modulate it. Very irritating! People with hearing issues are discouragedfrom concentrating on your content
Tried to up grade multiple times keep getting improper parameters error.
December 2021 I paid $99.99 to become a member and receive FirstTV unedited. FirstTV took my money and I have receipt to prove. I have never received the service and never received help from support. FirstTV needs to give me back my money or provide the service advertised!!!
December 2021 I was charged $99.99 for a “support membership”. I have never received TheFirstTV service promised. I’ve tried contacting support to no avail. Needless to say I’m P.O’d. Either give me the service for which you took my money (receipt available). Or give me my money back!
The app on apple tv doesn't load
Not receiving The Firsttv newsletters anymore. I have emailed you many times as to why you unsubscribed me. I would appreciate knowing why I was terminated from such outstanding reports. Thank you in advance for your prompt response to my ongoing emails for clarification.
