I need a $100 refund and there is no way to directly contact The First. I cancelled my $200 per year subscription but still saw a declined charge on my card, probably because the expiration date had changed. Subscription just expired naturally, right? Then I got charged 99.99 on my Roku bill through PayPal. My credit card expiration was also updated on the The First site without me doing it. Is something wrong with the billing system or is this just being plain sneaky? I guess I'm calling PayPal.

Hi. I was just wondering why there hasnt been an update since july 14th on the jesse kelly show part of the website. Also....when your site loads.....thefirsttv.com.....after the website loads, the page automatically scrolls to the bottom of the screen......on any site, of the first.....please look into that as well....as its annoying. But please update the site to the most recent jesse kelly episodes....thank you, have a great one....you guys are the best!!!!!

signed up online and when I went to stream using Roku, I ended up getting charged for two subscriptions. Not sure why both were not linked together.

Could you PLEASE correct the spelling on your graphics? For many weeks now I have seen a graphic on your ads that urges us to fight back against big media "sensorship." I'm sure you mean "censorship." I love The First and its content. It pains me to see this misspelling week after week. It detracts from your credibility. PLEASE correct this error now.

Greetings! I have recently found your app and have been enjoying the content. However, the functionality of the app is not up to par. The app constantly crashes. It is incredibly aggravating to be interested and involved in a presentation when every 5 minutes or less the app crashes. By the time I can get back to it the whole segment is usually over. It seems to happen at the worst times during the presentation. I won't be back unless it's fixed. Thanks.

Please be kind when interviewing guests. Post their name and title and if a book is involved, do it often and long enough so us “We The People” have enough time to absorb the information. It is seriously rude that your production staff is either insensitive or uncaring to flash the info for three seconds only. The recent interviewee’s book title has eight (8) words and the author’s name is not common. Please show respect to the person being interviewed and the tv audience as well. Three (3) seconds is unacceptable by anyone’s standard.

I’ve recently signed up for Jesse Kelly live and I have checked my Credit card to find yes I am being charged. I submitted my e-mail and I thought a password, I have been unable to get on and its not recognizing the e-mail or password. I tried the Forgot my password but still nothing … Please help!

A box came up on my tv (I use a roku) after I had been watching Bill O'Reilly on The First. It said "Please sign in to watch". It asked for my email and password. I entered them and clicked sign in but nothing happened. Can't go back or forward. At bottom of screen it said if you have any issues signing in contact customer support. I have been looking for a way to watch the Soros story for 2 weeks but can't get there. Help! Please and thank you. Love The First.

watched Bill on Roku, he got switched to TJE FIRST, when I go I get small nippets but not the regular evening program, go to your website to set up an account, when I click set up an account I get a choice of paying WHEN I AM ALREADY PAYING BOR........can you help me get for free the BOR nightly show

Please advise when your app will be fixed for the buffering issues. We are having a problem with the app on Amazon Fire Cube. We see from other reviews that people are having the same issue. Really annoying. No problem watching the First on the Ipad. Kindest Regards #lovethefirst

Great content, but...

This app has a long way to go. I open it and it says “click here to watch live”. If it were live programming I couldn’t fast forward. Then the only way to navigate from “Live” to the list of programs is to double click the home button, swipe the app from my screen, then reopen the app. It crashes. It crashes when I try to open some programs, over and over. Another program may play. Go back to the original one, it crashes again. Turn the volume up, it crashes. Same if I turn it down. Please get it right!

Unusable APP

You cannot smoothly scroll down through the different shows because it snags and jumps. Then the mouth lags behind the speech. I just tried to watch Bill O. and the segments would not play. It was just a black screen. Sometimes Jesse K. is nothing more than a bunch of overlapping squares. I don't have any problems like this with other apps. I do enjoy the app when it works. I hope someone can fix it. Thank you.

Not a good App on Apple TV

This is really a frustrating experience on Apple TV. User is only able to watch a live feed and doesn’t have access to home menu and the shows that have previously aired. So, unless you can watch live, skip this app and watch on your iPhone where all the features are available.
