How to fix Gaze app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Gaze app on iPhone
Update Gaze app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gaze iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gaze on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gaze network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Gaze Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Gaze not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Gaze App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gaze » click [Force Stop]

Update Gaze to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gaze App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gaze » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gaze.

Fix Gaze unable to contact server/ Gaze internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gaze » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gaze » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gaze
