This mobile app is completely worthless. When opened, it prompts for an email address to receive a sign-in link. The email it sends contains a button that opens Safari and takes you to a webpage that prompts you to enter your email address again to receive a sign-in link. The email it sends looks identical to the first one but the button opens Safari again and loads your case page there. Thus, there is no point in using Clio at all, as it only takes you to the web interface anyways. Save yourself some time and just use the web interface from the start. They definitely used a 3rd rate app developer for this one.

Clicking on the messages does not show messages. It just refreshes the main screen. Uninstalling and reinstalling did not help. This makes Clio useless. I have to go to a computer every time to check or send messages.

App was great at first. I use to be able to get on and read everything without having to close it out due to Clio twitching so bad you can't see any words.

I try to sign in and Clio will not let me it keeps saying to check my email and click the link but I never receive a email with a link . I have added them to my contacts and hit recent email and still nothing ! It’s making it really difficult to get information submitted that my lawyer needs .

Clio doesn’t work unless you are on your computer 24-7. I’m sure I’m not the only client that doesn’t stay on the computer waiting for an email! If you don’t open the email immediately your not able to view it at all! I don’t think I’ll ever work with another law firm that communicates with Clio!

Uploading pictures and documents and video was not always easy or possible.

It is a awesome, private and secure way for me to keep in contact with my attorney. It’s like docspera but for legal. Unfortunately I have had to discover it going through a divorce and child custody dispute that I literally tried to avoid but with GOD, my attorney and Clio circumstances and situations don’t feel so bad. Just ready to be done with it all.

Clio makes it easy to use and secure. Confidential information makes simple connections. Love it.

For Anyone good at using the phone this will be the easiest way to get things done fast and not have to run anywhere . Love it !

A great way to communicate with the attorney easy access immediate upload motivates me to be more attentive to my surroundings I can get the photos up it’s is a top-notch high-class sophisticated wonderful app thank you

I never had any issues with Clio and I feel quite safe with the security and the measure their willing to go to make sure their is little to no infiltration into the application from at least the client side of things. The lawyer side I do not know nothing about.
