- The certificate only shows the first doses, not the most recent.

- The certificate makes it look like I’ve not had my booster.

- After taking two doses of the vaccine, the app only reflects one shot.

- I called the 800 number multiple times but didn’t get any real-person answer ( it’s a machine answer).

- I went to the al hosn website, I asked the guards at the mall who refused to let me in due to my grey status.

- Nobody can explain why I remained grey even though I have my vaccine and negative PCR test result every week ( 4 tests since my arrival).

- I’ve spent my hard earned money on PCR tests to enable myself to go to Abu Dhabi however cancel because the Al Hosn app won’t turn green.

- Why implement a system for all of Abu Dhabi if the system is incorrect.

- Get the bugs fixed before hastily implementing this app.

- Extremely frustrating.

Force Stop the ALHOSN UAE App
1. On android, goto Settings » ALHOSN UAE » click [Force Stop]

Clear ALHOSN UAE App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ALHOSN UAE » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ALHOSN UAE.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ALHOSN UAE » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ALHOSN UAE » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ALHOSN UAE
