I had two doses of Sinopharm Vaccine, 1st dose on 19th January & the 2nd dose on 9th February. But My Al Hosn App shows I had three doses of vaccine and the dates are 1st dose on 19th January, 2nd dose on 20th January and the 3rd dose on 9th February. I have been trying to call Alhosn contact services and even sending emails asking advise to resolve with regards to Al hosn app. As I need to change the mobile number registered when I had my vaccinations and first installed the application. I can't able to log in the and update the Al hosn app as its requires security code to my old number registered. I'm no longer have access to my old number and cannot update the apps. I have question that AL HOSN can be add members only after the PCR test or can be add even without PCR TEST Specially child . For my child I am unable to add my family member. its show that user not found.

All my details are correct and up to date on the ICA website however when I log on the al Hosn all and press my name it tells me I have wrong credentials and need to log in with my registered mobile. I’m a tourist from USA and I installed al hosn app upon arrival at Abu Dhabi airport. I have submitted my 2-dose vaccine certification (pfeizer from USA) and got a negative PCR test result at the airport. The app shows both my vaccine and PCR test result but it reminded grey the entire time of my stay at Abu Dhabi for 28 days. I called the 800 number multiple times but didn’t get any real-person answer ( it’s a machine answer) . I went to the al hosn website, I asked the guards at the mall who refused to let me in due to my grey status. Nobody can explain why I remained grey even though I have my vaccine and negative PCR test result every week ( 4 tests since my arrival). It’s not user friendly . I didn’t receive any help with this app during my stay at Abu Dhabi and cannot go inside the malls or restaurants. Very frustrating situation.

After taking two doses of the vaccine, the app only reflects one shot. I’ve called on multiple occasions however they put blame on other health authorities however the other health authorities have issued correct vaccination certificates. I’ve spent my hard earned money on PCR tests to enable myself to go to Abu Dhabi however cancel because the Al Hosn app won’t turn green. Why implement a system for all of Abu Dhabi if the system is incorrect. Get the bugs fixed before hastily implementing this app. Extremely frustrating. The UAE economy is missing out from people not being able to attend events when proper precautions are taken by the users however the app doesn’t reflect reality. The app will show I’ve had a recent PCR but guess what…still gray.

Been trying for 3 days to get the app to accept my phone number. I’ve inputted the Unified ID I got at the airport and my cell number. Says input the one time password. Never showed up regardless if I had WiFi on or off, cell data on or off, and cell roaming on an off. I know my phone is working because I’m getting texts from the USA but I haven’t been able to get past the verification step.
Email support hasn’t responded either. Only here for 2 more days so I don’t think I’ll ever get it to work unfortunately.
