Serious issues, but generally very capable

There are serious bugs (e.g. when adverts appear, the dismiss button is often off-screen, and cannot be tapped, requiring a force-close of the app, and full playlist reload), which is extremely frustrating. Additionally the interface is absolutely dreadful, and looks over a decade old... That said, this is a powerful and very capable app, limited mainly by IOS restrictions. Fix the bugs, and I’d give it 4-stars, add some updates to bring it up-to-date (e.g. enable PiP) and I’ll give it 5 stars!

Buffering to start

It seems that most stations I try to stream buffers every few seconds. I try downgrading from the $10 a month plan to the $5 a month plan, but there is no clear direction on how to do so. I tried contacting a customer service but there is no phone #. The program guide needs to have the name of the program with out having to click on the movie. Also every month I have to enter my payment information or my service gets cut. If anyone have the answer to any of the above issues, please help. Thank you.

Let Record in the background

I am going to talk about the Apple TV app, It’s a great app but the recording feature is still kind of useless for me because you need to have the player on screen to record what’s the point if I basically want to watch something else on another app while gse record I cannot do it, I paid 5 USD to record in the background and is basically useless. If you don’t want to record in the background then the app is absolutely perfect for you. So please try as hard as you can to allow record in the background and if you can a scheduler record or how much time you want record. Thanks
