After putting all details in, correctly I receive the message : "Authorization Failed for the above host " Can you please let me know what the reason is for this message and what I have to do to solve this error message. Hi good night I would like to cancel my IPTV smarters pro premium version because I can't access the parental control and I have young children who watch watch the TV 📺 to, I use to have access to the parental control before but since put on the premium version I don't have any access anymore, unless you can restore back the parental control, otherwise please remove I don't mind the few dollars, thanks in advance looking for your response.

Lost all our programming and when we choose our user name and password so we can get our peg to work it says it’s a bad request so we deleted it and started over.So after deleting we put in our user name and password and tried to add user but it says it is a bad request.
