I bought it to have on my pup temporarily until she gets chipped. I wouldn’t even give it one star except I couldn’t make a comment without at least one. Worse site to register the dog and then it says it’s free but you can’t register without checking a box for monthly charges. Should have gone to Petco and got a plain tag or put a tile on the collar.

You’re telling me that I have to pay $110 a year just to put a contact info in my cat’s QR?? I can literally just engrave that info for like $10 that would last forever! And QR codes are free, I can make myself. Such a scam

The way everything is set up is great however PetCareIDGPSTracker does not work very well. I subscribed to get premium access and it does not give me any access to the benefits. In addition i have two qr id tags and it only shows that one is registered on PetCareIDGPSTracker and two on the website. It also wont allow me to edit my pet’s gender after not giving me an option to select a gender. Little bugs but there seem to be a lot of them.

The tag is cool, the service is cool, but literally EVERY TIME I made a change to add name, address, birthday, picture, etc, PetCareIDGPSTracker closed and I had to log back in. It’s SO annoying. I considered getting the paid service, but after experiencing PetCareIDGPSTracker close with every edit, I refuse to pay, out of spite, for the crappy app. I would have definitely given the tag five stars had PetCareIDGPSTracker not been so annoying. With as cool of a service as this is, you guys need to get your app together.

It took more than 30 minutes to get my two kittens registered. There were mistakes at almost every step and not mistakes that I made. They were mistakes, or perhaps little bugs, with PetCareIDGPSTracker . I finally achieved getting my babies registered, QR codes activated, pictures taken, and profiles provided. PetCareIDGPSTracker is really cumbersome and clunky. In 2023, there is no reason for an app to be this clumsy. This is 1998 clumsy. I am a retired owner of a successful web development company. PetCareIDGPSTracker appears to be have been developed by amateurs, or perhaps hobbyists or students. It needs a lot of work.

RESPONSE TO THE DEVELOPER'S COMMENT TO ME: It is your job to know what is wrong with your app. I'd be happy to send you an email and discuss it, but I get paid for that kind of consultation.

When I got the item I had trouble with the activation, hence the -1 star, but the customer service was fast and helpful, fixing the problem almost immediately. I feel much better knowing my cat is safe and easy to find.

Very straightforward process to register pet.

The tags looks nice & are well made. Only time will tell how well they handle the veracity of a puppy. PetCareIDGPSTracker works well. I like the pet diary calendar. It helps keep my dog’s milestones. The only thing I wished that came with the basic functions is the text alerts. Texting is part of our every day lives now so I don’t understand why they would leave that part out. That’s the main reason for only 4 stars.

By far one of the most elaborate pet ID scan things I’ve ever seen!
I’ve purchased a few others before that obviously have gotten lost, but I’m super impressed with this one!

The extras on here seem quite extravagantly priced for what they are, I guess I’ll do without lol. I can get an AirPod for my dogs collar for 25$ online and have constant tracking of her, PetCareIDGPSTracker shows like almost 60$ per year … that’s quite ridiculous for that kinda thing. But, these days pets are everything to some people!

Regardless, I’m Overly happy with PetCareIDGPSTracker and this cool lil setup. Makes it sooo easy for someone to just be able to scan dogs if if they ever get lost.

I’d def recommend this item and PetCareIDGPSTracker to anyone who may inquire about it.

This tag is all you need You do not have to get you animal microchip to hurt them this is so much better and anyone can just scan
the barcode if they find you fur baby ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️easy to setup and use no animals harmed can’t go wrong with this item

Recently my lil pup ran out the door when I wasn’t looking while loading my car for trip. I believe the anticipation of us leaving had him overly excited. Keep in mind, it was sun down around 9pm.
Luckily my neighbor cornered him, and from inside the house I heard his bark from a distance outside!

This experience really freaked me out, thinking about the “what if’s” and honestly just made my stomach hurt. So, in efforts to prevent an incident my lil guy gets out again. I have this id tag! I like that it has GPS to help locate him quickly.

I also purchased a stainless steel tag that allowed up to 5 lines for info! It slides onto the collar and this id dangles from loop. The loop that came with Id is small, snug and secure and I feel confident I shouldn’t have any issues with it fall off!

I hope I never have to depend on this id for locating LEGO! Yet, I’m completely relieved I have it!

Nice and cute app with various options. I have cats and they are indoors, so I can’t rate how comfortable PetCareIDGPSTracker is for those people whose pets go outside regularly. But I love seeing their “passport” pictures on my profile lol

I had a tiny issue in making a correction on my pet’s micro chip number and admin helped me right away. I appreciate the free basic subscription!

I put this on my cat mere days ago and my roommates gf was packing her car outside with all the doors and gates open. One cat got out and two houses down in the grassy alley between backyards (Florida) and the remote took me right to him. I'd say it started blipping up from one red LED at the bottom up into yellow once I was ~100ft give or take from him. Idk how larger distances would work but I assume people will drive or bike their neighborhoods which would help in this case to close that gap faster.

Such a nice and useful app! It was so needed on Ukrainian market. Interface and using of it is simple and comfortable. Also very helpful support team. Thank you:)
