App is updated to latest version. Registered parents as dependents. After registering them, Things To Do tab shows (2) to fill out health declaration. Submitted declaration but tab still shows (2), but is empty when tapped on. (2) will still show up after a while. Additionally, their Helpdesk FAQ is not fully updated. Some parts of it still say vaccination is still phase 1.
No push notifications after first notice. First appointment for first dependent had notification, and all subsequent appointments for all dependents had no push notification. Have to check manually every day.
No reply after email to helpdesk, oddly received help as reply to this review. Changed rating to reflect this.

If you are already listed as “kontak kasual tidak bergejala” and subsequently become a CC1 because u were exposed to a COVID positive person, you can’t update your increased risk status vide MySejahtera .

It seems ur stuck with the “kontak kasual….” status. You may want to look into this.

MySejahtera is great and recently I bought a bag that you can slide in your phone and it has a transparent cover, so you don’t have to bring your phone in and out of your bag to use it. However for this app qrcode scan, there’s no option to use front camera. Please allow front camera so we don’t have to take the phone in and out of multiple stores when running errands.

This is the best app for checking in. It should be used nationally. Seems like many stores just prefer to use their own app to collect data on my shopping habits. I prefer to trust the government that seems only concerned about my health and the health of everyone in Malaysia. Thanks for keeping us all safe!

Doesn’t log you out of old locations when you log into new ones. This means you can be logged into places days after leaving them

I nearly missed my first vaccination date as received no notice. Lucky I got a phone call on the day.

But I did miss my booster. Should be a way to register for missed booster appointments

Also removed the info graphic (or made it hard to find) that showed numbers of new infections and deaths. This was a good easy review map of Malaysia. Now I have to hunt on line and the search engines don’t make this easy as they take you to international websites which do not have the state breakdowns

1. Map feature is useless. There's no indicator on saying where's the outbreak.

2. Your check-in button everytime when launch MySejahtera is too low. You know right iPhone has this bottom bar? That bar sometimes obstuct me from clicking the button. Please consider moving the button a bit more upwards, to a comfortable thumb-reach position.

We are flying this month to Malaysia and staying for 3 Days, when we put our information, Vaccine, Flights and etc. it keeps changing to a wrong detail. Like our arrival is on the 10th and it’s says on MySejahtera our arrival is on the 9th.. birthdays are wrong even the nationality we tried like 10x changing it but it won’t change… I hope y’all can fix this for travelers we want a smooth Journey not Hassle one.

What do you do if you miss your appointment for second jab? Many others probably have too, and the info needs to be highlighted on the home page. I have been all over the site, but cant find this info anywhere. A lot of other basic questions arent answered as well, like mixing vaccines, timelines, what-ifs (neg reaction, etc. ), comparative efficacy, etc etc Was MySejahtera beta tested?

For some reason, MySejahtera doesn’t work without an internet connection at all. App should work offline cache QR check ins to be sent later when internet is available again. Also MySejahtera should have a iOS Shortcut action to directly open the QR camera scanner at first launch.

I registered MySejahtera few days ago. Today I tried to login and it keeps popup “Invalid User ID or Password” then I tried to Reset the password and the page didn’t load. There’s only white blank page. Then I tried reregister but same problem occurred only white blank page. I tried to uninstall and reinstall MySejahtera few times. But no luck. Please fix these issues ASAP.

1. This stupid app is always freezing.
2. Depending on how I enter the address or location in the “hotspot tracker”, there could be either “no reported cases” or “11 reported cases” within a 1 km radius in the last 14 days. Not very reliable.
3. MySejahtera tells me, based on my current location, that there are “0 cases within a 1km radius of your current location.” However, when I type in the actual name or address of my current location, suddenly there are more than 0.

Update:
The developer responded and said I should update MySejahtera . I did. Both problems still persist, as usual (I have updated several times with no noticeable improvements).

Incredibly simple way to sign in to locations and (I’m assuming) for you to be notified if potentially in contact with infected people. Can be a little glitchy at times, especially when there is a change to MySejahtera .

Installed app, registered and upon login, it took forever to load MySejahtera . Closing and reopening MySejahtera will skip the login again but ended up in a weird screen/interface (repeatable). I’m still abroad with an upcoming trip back to Msia and trying to upload my documentations to get ready but MySejahtera is extremely not user friendly. I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Especially on the camera loading time

Need some admin features to monitor activity and also need to have features to enter address of multiple locations

When clicking on link MySejahtera opens webview/wkwebbiew which doesn’t respect safe layout area so i am unable to click done etc.

it is good to be able to track and trace BUT with no temperature recorded defeats the purpose. selangkah seems better. Another thing i am mystified about is i am deemed low risk when i have hypertension and diabetes and so does my husband and my daughter has asthma. All of us “low-risk”. And you should update the hotspot tracker.

I can only see the check in page. Cannot access others. I am using iphone. This is the same with my wife’s iphone.

Base on the fully vaccinated qualification info, I qualified but my status came back not vaccinated. Can’t get help, it’s all auto generated email. How can traveler from other country feel comfortable using MySejahtera ?

Update- tried updating through the helpdesk. Initial ‘not vaccinated’ now ‘partially vaccinated’, birthdate and passport citizenship still not updated. Very frustrating.

This has got to be the most useful and easy to use app, an app that is not only a source of valuable information but also very easy to navigate with clearly marked functions.

After latest update it was initially a bit slow in opening but now it seems to be all in again.

This is a very impressive app to manage the country. I live in the US and am proud you have this available to manage contact tracing etc

Great tracing application that provides excellent tracking capabilities during this unfortunate Covid outbreak. Malaysia got it ready very fast and that’s a huge tribute to the government and how they look after their populous.

Pretty good, seems slow loading. And it would be best if its daily reports displayed the map of green, yellow and red districts across Malaysia.

HELPDESK is rubbish and this app Admin is no help! Despite of numerous emails to them reminders after reminders my problem still unsolved after 1.5months. They only reply once to my numerous emails which I immediately responded with all my details as requested. After that they kept quiet again! Oh ya, their replies are all standard computer generated which goes to show nobody is attending to your problem!
