Can’t Login / Reset Password/ Register

I registered this app few days ago. Today I tried to login and it keeps popup “Invalid User ID or Password” then I tried to Reset the password and the page didn’t load. There’s only white blank page. Then I tried reregister but same problem occurred only white blank page. I tried to uninstall and reinstall the app few times. But no luck. Please fix these issues ASAP.

Always freezes; reported numbers not consistent

1. This stupid app is always freezing. 2. Depending on how I enter the address or location in the “hotspot tracker”, there could be either “no reported cases” or “11 reported cases” within a 1 km radius in the last 14 days. Not very reliable. 3. The app tells me, based on my current location, that there are “0 cases within a 1km radius of your current location.” However, when I type in the actual name or address of my current location, suddenly there are more than 0. Update: The developer responded and said I should update the app. I did. Both problems still persist, as usual (I have updated several times with no noticeable improvements).

Weird interface

Installed app, registered and upon login, it took forever to load the app. Closing and reopening the app will skip the login again but ended up in a weird screen/interface (repeatable). I’m still abroad with an upcoming trip back to Msia and trying to upload my documentations to get ready but this app is extremely not user friendly. I’m not sure what to do at this point.
