For 2 weeks now when I log into the app I am not able to receive calls or make calls until I uninstall the app and redownload it. I keep getting an error “We are unable to complete your call now due to failed SIP registration. Please enable Local Network permissions by going to Settings>Privacy>Local Network on your phone.” I’ve always had volume issues with the app and it will ring once or twice then go to my voicemail.

Not a great phone system for internal use.

We decided to replace our old system and our IT contractor convinced us to go with is system. In retrospect we should have kept our 15 year old system. When someone internally calls from their extension to my extension it will ring once on my cell phone then goes straight voicemail. When I call the person back they say it rang 5 or 6 times on their end before going into voicemail. Our IT guy suggested deleting the app then reinstall but that didn’t help.

The actual app barely works, sometimes I can answer calls. Other times it says it’s ringing but it won’t actually let you answer. Have to delete and reinstall several times a day. Even then it’s a 50/50 shot of it working properly again. It also often drops calls for no reason and disconnects people. However it’s wonderful when it works. The idea is good but the app has a lot of bugs.
