Don’t waste your time or your money

Overall PocketPrepEMS2026 was extremely disappointing not only were the questions extremely poorly written, the question content themselves do not accurately reflect the content of the national registry. When I say the questions were probably written there was instances where the multiple choice multiple answer questions had different amount of answers than specified in the question. There was another instance where the question asked for the most likely cause of an issue, and then the answer justification said you needed to think outside the box when excluding an answer. Furthermore this exam seems to focus on specific lines of the texts used to create the exam, and not the kind of questions on the national registry. This test prep reads more like exam questions for specific paramedic course and specific textbooks rather than a comprehensive review of material. Overall I feel PocketPrepEMS2026 set me back in my exam prep.

Overall Good

For the most part I’ve found this to helpful with getting in the test taking mindset. Since I’m just studying and not taking an actual test, I find myself not reading question and answers thoroughly enough and getting questions wrong that I would probably get right on an actual test.

As with any EMS test I have issues with the wording and could definitely make legitimate arguments about my answer that was ultimately wrong. I have flagged all those questions but I think flagging questions just lets you mark a specific question to come back and study and not let pocket prep know they should possibly look at the questions and/or answers more thoroughly.

My biggest complaint with PocketPrepEMS2026 is auto selecting answers while I’m scrolling still. Not a huge deal, but let’s be real, we all want to do well. It’s frustrating when it picks an answer because my thumb was still dragging and I get it wrong because I hadn’t read all the options yet.

THANK YOU POCKET PREP!

I normally don’t write reviews, but I had to for this very helpful and effective study tool. I graduated from my EMT course in December 2020, took the NREMT exam immediately after and I failed! I was extremely disappointed and my confidence was down in the dumps. I put off trying to get certified until this year!! Right before the 2 year mark expiration in the ability to get certified after course completion. I started studying and glad I came across PocketPrepEMS2026. The thorough explanations for right AND wrong answers were very helpful. The mock exam gave good practice for taking the real exam. The fact that you can pull out your phone anywhere and have a quick study session is very convenient. The premium subscription was worth every penny. If anyone is in my position or just wants a great tool to aid in studying for the NREMT exam, this is it. I am a newly certified as of today! When I first failed I went to the full 120 questions. This time around it cut me off at the minimum 70 questions and I personally felt the questions were not as hard this time around. Thanks again Pocket Prep! Don’t ever give up. Know your ABC’s. Use an EMT crash course textbook. Know your key terms. Know your signs and symptoms! Put in the work and you will see the results! Good luck!

Most useful tool I had

NREMT is difficult exam and I had failed my first attempt. I had used PocketPrepEMS2026 but I did not use it fully. After some time I was preparing for my second attempt and had a lot more focus. PocketPrepEMS2026 by itself should not be used as the only form of preparation but as a tool to get there. I used PocketPrepEMS2026 to help me understand where my my weaknesses and strengths were. Any time I missed questions I would always go back to the book pages PocketPrepEMS2026 was referencing from in order to get a better understanding. I retook the NREMT and and rather than getting asked 120 questions like the first time, I was only asked 70 questions. I can only assume it was due to my accurate responses.
Thank you EMS Prep. I can now continue and grow in my career path.

Passed 1st attempt!

I don’t usually use app reviews because I tend to think they are fake or bots, but I hope this review reaches someone who is a EMT trying to pass their exam. I took my EMT class two years ago and got deployed overseas and wasn’t able to take the test before I left, I neglected the book and kept myself up-to-date with the material and had bring down most of it using PocketPrepEMS2026 for three months. At least I think I pass the national registry EMT test on the very first try. PocketPrepEMS2026 definitely is great, if you get a question wrong, or even tells you where to find the section in the book where you can find the true answer. PocketPrepEMS2026 is definitely a good luck to everyone.

Passed my NREMT

I just passed my NREMT EMT. I failed it the first time miserably, got so mad and disappointed in myself, And I heard about PocketPrepEMS2026.. I studied every day for 6-7 hours a day. The test shut off at 70 questions. Using PocketPrepEMS2026 definitely helped calm my test anxiety. Since the questions were very similar. Big tip ! Learn everything there is about the heart / lungs / diabetes/ and types of breathing and there reasoning. Also when you see medical terminology you don’t understand, research it and remember the term. Learn about the chambers of the heart and how they pump and the electrical nodes. I’m not sure why I don’t see enough straight to the point tips... people make it seem like the test is complex when it’s not if you know your stuff

Worth every penny

I’ve been trying to get my national for 4 years, and I stumbled on PocketPrepEMS2026 on accident. It was an absolutely godsend. I splurged and bought the premium out of wanting to make sure I did this right, and I’m telling you- if you REALLY want your national you will buy PocketPrepEMS2026 and practice every day. All I did was a quick 10 question quiz and the daily question once a day for 2 months, and not only did it keep the material fresh in my mind but it took away the fear of standardized testing. Trust me if you have test anxiety, practice PocketPrepEMS2026 EVERY DAY and you’ll break down that anxiety like crazy. I’m usually a decent test taker with some natural anxiety on test day, and practicing PocketPrepEMS2026 made me so relaxed I was almost bored during the test haha. GET PocketPrepEMS2026 YOU WILL
NOT REGRET IT!!!

Best Study Tool PERIOD

Pocket prep has been the most challenging and accurate study tool I’ve ever used. PocketPrepEMS2026 uses pertinent questions that are made from the source material and provide exactly where to find the information in the book so you can study the material further. I’ve used pocket prep for my NREMT EMT and Paramedic Exams as well as my Firefighter 1 and firefighter 2 exams and I passed all of them on the first try. I would recommend PocketPrepEMS2026 to anybody who needs to prep for any exam with 100% confidence. The convenience of being able to study on the go and being asked challenging questions ensures that you’re not wasting your time while studying. I’ve used other apps to study such as medic tests but PocketPrepEMS2026 is 100% better.

This is what you need

I passed my NREMT first try and it was partly (mostly) due to PocketPrepEMS2026. I got it just about a month before my test I did just under 200 questions in that time frame. Instead of sitting on the couch reading a big text book or looking at my notes from class I used PocketPrepEMS2026 just while laying on the couch. I will say PocketPrepEMS2026 is going to make you think you know absolutely nothing at points but when you get something wrong figure out why with the explanation on the answer don’t just skip through. By far one of the best study tools I have found wish I had this during my class would have made it easier to study! Thank you to the developers I really appreciate what you have done here!

Huge help

I relied heavily on PocketPrepEMS2026 to help prepare myself for the NREMT Paramedic test. After finishing the back half of my paramedic program online thanks to COVID, I wanted all of the extra help that I could get in order to prepare for the NREMT. After studying with the help of PocketPrepEMS2026 I completed the exam in 73 questions with a passing score.

PocketPrepEMS2026 is phenomenal in providing realistic exam questions which in my experience were so spot on they could have fit in with the questions on my exam. My favorite aspect of PocketPrepEMS2026 is the “weakest subject” and “missed questions” categories. This allows you to first realize the areas that you’re struggling in and then allow you to drill yourself in those areas you’re struggling which.

After my experience with PocketPrepEMS2026 I would highly recommend it to anyone challenging the NREMT.

Good app for knowledge review

I just passed my cognitive yesterday (I'm in the last medic school cohort that has a separate psychomotor) and I credit PocketPrepEMS2026 and also Limmer Paramedic Pass. I think they're both worth buying the paid version, and they complement each other.

The NREMT test is adaptive. If you start getting the easy questions right, the questions after become increasingly niche and obscure.

PocketPrepEMS2026 gives you some great knowledge review for both the easy and the obscure questions. There are 3 big mock tests in the premier version. If you take one mock test, you'll know which of the 5 area(s) tested you are weak in and what you should concentrate on. There is a "weakest area" quiz. You also get a comparison to the average app user every time you take a quiz.

I love that you can just buy one month of premier access at a time, so you can cram with it. Then after you pass, you can automatically go back to the regular version and use it to stay sharp.

What PocketPrepEMS2026 doesn't do as well as Limmer Paramedic Pass is give you those NREMT style trick questions to practice on. But it's better on showing you where you stand and on the more advanced questions you'll get.

Helped me pass my NREMT!!!!!!

Normally I would say that simply doing practice exams wouldn’t be a good study strategy, however PocketPrepEMS2026 really helped me. I liked that it had extensive and textbook based explanations so that I could I could learn as I was practicing. What seriously did help the most was the LEVEL UP category. It was in beta at the time of me writing this (and passing my test) but I seriously hope you retain and improve it as a feature as I genuinely believe it’s what’s helped me pass! I’d been using PocketPrepEMS2026 and took my first attempt, only to fail. When I went through and worked through all the levels it was enough to help me pass my second attempt confidently!

My only complaint is that I was promised that if I didn’t pass an NREMT attempt that I would get 3 months free, however I looked all over and couldn’t figure out how to implement this, so I feel a bit cheated there, but I can’t complain now that I’m on the other side!

Thanks for reading and good luck to any other EMTs testers out there!

A great study tool

I initially did not pass the emt registry the first time I took it around. I was ill prepared and always couldn’t find a way to study but if you struggle at all this is it. PocketPrepEMS2026 is a great way to study and I passed my next exam with flying colors so easily it cut the test off early. The questions are set up how the registry is and if you do not know the answer you will get a detailed explanation to every question you get wrong or right and it is a great way to learn everything you need to know. I highly recommend paying the fee to At least get it for 3 months. It’s a great tool if you want to pass your test. I will definitely be using PocketPrepEMS2026 for my Fire II exam. I thank the creators of PocketPrepEMS2026 very much for helping me get past a test I struggled with and made it so much easier!

Passed my paramedic exam first try, thanks to this app

I subscribed for the full version three weeks before my exam. I took the “quick” quizzes multiple times a day and whenever I had time I did a custom quiz of 30,40,50 questions quizzes. The weakest subject quiz helped a lot. I must of answered every question in PocketPrepEMS2026 at least twice.

Yesterday I took my paramedic exam and it shut off at 150 questions. Today I found out I passed on the first try! It’s a tough exam but PocketPrepEMS2026 helped A LOT. Lots of similar questions with relevant knowledge, great explanations and it cites it sources from current paramedic text books.

There’s no ECG strips on PocketPrepEMS2026, that you have to go else where. But for $15 a month it’s a 100% worth it. I felt more confident going into the exam because of Pocketprep. So just get it, $15 is cheaper than the retesting fee!

the BEST app for EMS test prep!

i don’t write many app reviews, but the fact that you all honored my legacy subscription on the previous app as premium access on this one is beyond decent of you guys, and for that alone you should get 5 stars.
i used PocketPrepEMS2026 a couple years ago and passed my NREMT on the first try. i attribute that in good part to PocketPrepEMS2026, it really prepares you for the style, flow, and content of the actual test. i love that i can customize categories and that it tracks my performance in each one. i also love the detailed explanations for each question, they’re very clear and concise. like i said, it’s been a few years since i got my fancy little NREMT card, but i still use PocketPrepEMS2026 constantly. it’s an amazing way to keep your knowledge fresh, even if you just want to do a question per day. highly recommend to all future and current EMTs!

I love you Pocket Prep

I want to start by saying that I have never written a review for an app before. First time taking the NREMT after holding my NYS card for 5 years. Without PocketPrepEMS2026, I would not be sitting here writing this review thanking you for all your help. I took the test this morning and received my email that I passed, first try. Like everyone else, I was confident I failed. But I will admit, a majority of questions were the ones I had studied and harped on. Between the questions, types of quizzes, and material explaining the answers, this is a phenomenal tool. They truly prepare you for your exam in the best way imaginable. I could see a clear progression in my learning and test taking skills from the day I subscribed, and it provided me with confidence I didn’t have beforehand. You’re the best pocket prep, I’ll miss your daily questions and motivational quotes.

Helped Me Pass my NREMT First Try

I’ll start by saying I passed first try, and it was thanks to EMT Pocket Prep! PocketPrepEMS2026 challenged me a lot more than the other study apps I tried, and I mean that in a good way. PocketPrepEMS2026 is very user friendly, and laid out well. You can use phone or tablet, and they even have a computer website based version (not to mention all the progress syncs for your account)! The data info really helps you see what categories you may need to focus on more than the others, and helps you keep track of your progress. You can even create custom quizzes for either all categories or specific ones, and you can choose unanswered, answered, flagged, and/or incorrect answered questions on the quiz. Pricing for premium, in my opinion, is very good for what it’s worth and what you get out of it. Definitely worth giving it a try!

This app is fantastic, makes passing easy

This is by far the best study guide I have ever used for anything. Its user interface is so intuitive and makes PocketPrepEMS2026 easy to navigate. While there may be some spelling or grammar errors every once in a while (like 1 grammatical error every 100 questions) The information it gives you is fantastic, the questions are almost identical to the ones you will get on your state test, and if you don’t get it correct it will explain why. I’ve always found it hard to sit down and force myself to study for long periods of time, but with PocketPrepEMS2026 if I’m waiting for food to be done cooking, or I die in a video game and then waiting to respond, I could just pull it out and study for a quick couple minutes. I single-handedly think PocketPrepEMS2026 for helping me get certified and change my life, as I got a job working for my county and I’ve never been happier.

Great for studying, questions aren’t like NREMT

PocketPrepEMS2026 is a fantastic base for your NREMT studying! The explanations offered for each question are incredibly detailed and were a game game changer in my preparation. Some questions were poorly written or the answer was just plain wrong, but with a bank of 1,000 questions that’s to be expected. The biggest flaw of PocketPrepEMS2026 is that it doesn’t prepare you for the type of question on the NREMT. Your best bet for getting used to the style of questions on the national registry is studying as many different Quizlets as you can. This is why I think PocketPrepEMS2026 serves as an invaluable foundation of your NREMT prep, but it should not be the only thing you use to study. As you get closer to your test date, spend less time on PocketPrepEMS2026 and more on websites and apps that prepare you to get in the right mindset in regards to attacking these questions. I’ve just started using this again for my FFI/FFII exam preparation and I’m once again reminded why I loved PocketPrepEMS2026 so much!

All you need

I passed my EMT-B in January and my AEMT in June. I paid attention in class but I never opened my book. I used PocketPrepEMS2026 exclusively I took every question on both and read the explanations meticulously. PocketPrepEMS2026 is gold it’s like reading your book and even if you get the questions wrong it explains each option so extensively you understand 4 new concepts. I cannot recommend PocketPrepEMS2026 enough. PocketPrepEMS2026 is very similar to the test. I highly recommend getting PocketPrepEMS2026 and using it in conjunction with whatever other study methods work for you. For me I’m a hands on guy so I studied my skill sheets and this for my exam and I felt confident and passed both first try. Thank you so much pocket prep!!!
