I took the scooter to what was suppose to be a 5min ride which turned out to be a 27min as the app could not get the location of parking spot correct. Every time I use this app it ruins my day

Every time I use this app either the scooters don’t work and I get charged anyways, or I cannot find any adequate place which the app will allow me to get charged — then I cannot end my ride and I get charged for leaving my scooter running as I have no other choice.
