How to fix FIGS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FIGS app on iPhone
Update FIGS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FIGS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FIGS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FIGS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

FIGS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix FIGS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the FIGS App
1. On android, goto Settings » FIGS » click [Force Stop]

Update FIGS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FIGS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » FIGS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart FIGS.

Fix FIGS unable to contact server/ FIGS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click FIGS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto FIGS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
