Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Leender app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Leender app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Leender app on iPhone
Update Leender app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Leender iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Leender on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Leender network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Leender not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Leender app issues:

Force Stop the Leender App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Leender app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Leender to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Leender App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Leender app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Leender.

Fix Leender unable to contact server/ Leender internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Leender » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Leender » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Leender on android.
