LookfitPlus is horrible it needs to be better !!

This is dumb and I’ll never buy it again. I only appreciate 30,000 puffs saving me trips to the vape shop.

The air fuse vape is honestly amazing. LookfitPlus is HORRIBLE. There is so many issues with LookfitPlus that it makes the vape a hassle rather than a reward. If LookfitPlus worked I would probably use this vape from now on, but after this vape runs out of juice I will be switching to a different brand. There is other phone vapes on the market now. Not only is there a bunch of small glitches but after I registered and used the vape I went to get a new vape because I loved it so much. And go figure I can no longer get into my app. my vape is useless without LookfitPlus . It’s telling me that my password is incorrect when I know for a fact that it’s not. To make it even worse there is no forgot password or help button. Your basically on your own once they have your money. I can not create a new account bc my phone number is already registered, and I can’t reset my password or contact customer service because the idiot who created LookfitPlus didn’t put any effort into making it work correctly. I’m going to try and download a text app and use that number to create an account and I guess I will come back and update you guys for the people struggling like I was. Such a shame though. This could be the coolest vape I’ve ever used not only that the strawberry banana flavor is perfect. I would have gave them a 10/10 but LookfitPlus and all the problems I’ve had simply just logging in makes it a 3/10. The good doesn’t outweigh the bad in my opinion. Unless your a tech genius and don’t mind the headache then don’t bother getting ANYTHING from this brand.

Booted me out and then won’t let me login again

So I have the same problem mines telling me that I have to have an account number and a password and I do not have one so I don’t know if it’s just with Apple phones or what but it seems a little odd that I did it on my mom‘s phone and it went into LookfitPlus perfectly fineI downloaded on my phone. It’s a ball game so whoever replied before. I have the same problem so I don’t know how to fix this problem and you can’t call them so mines off of a vape pen believe that.

So I figured out the problem. Your account number is your phone number and your password is your password to your Apple account for your phone so if anybody’s having this problem, there is your conclusion and there is your answer so your account number is your phone number and your password is your Apple ID password.

I bought this today and it will not allow me to do anything. Disappointed if I wasted my money on a gemic.

I don’t have account number to register or log in on your this app app so what should i do.. i have C idea W20 smartwatch… please assist otherwise this watch will be not useful

When I first got LookfitPlus , it was absolutely amazing and worked well with my watch but now it won’t even stay open long enough for me to change things. It keeps crashing on me.

There is an option to switch the units from Metric to Imperial but there is no save button. The units revert back to metric when leaving the screen

It would be pretty convenient if we could check our battery life from our cellular device. As mines couldn’t display the battery life of my watch as well and also my Earbuds that came along with it.

Please add this feature 人´∀｀)

I am trying to use LookfitPlus with the Airfuze Smart 30000 vape. I was able to register an account for my first time, but I have not been able to log back in after that.

UPDATE: I have used a repeating six digit number and I entered a password of my own choice that allowed me to sign in and login into LookfitPlus . The new version 1.5.7 has a couple of new features, Watch Market and Firmware Upgrade even though I haven’t been able to utilize these two new features. Firmware Upgrade simply fails.

My watch is an X18 Ultra Android OS Watch for both Android/iOS phones. UPDATE: The new version 1.5.6 is available but I don’t have any ability to log onto LookfitPlus because I do not know my account number. I do not have the clue how can I get the Account Number! UPDATE: On the new version 1.5.5 I don’t have any ability to log onto LookfitPlus because I do not know my account number. I do not have a way to Register an Account because I do not know my account number and the checkbox to accept Privacy statement is not there. It’s really frustrating. I was able to use the previous person app without logging on. PREVIOUS VERSIONS: I have set it up to connect to my iPhone 13 but Call and Message notification did not work. I was only able to get notifications for the calls and messages made to the X18 Ultra watch . After the version update 1.5.0 I now get the notifications for the calls and messages made to the connected iPhone 13 (It looks like a trumpet). I can see the Messaging app but I don’t see Notification app neither on LookfitPlus list on the phone or on the watch. Compared to other watch apps the this app app has very basic features.

You need to fix LookfitPlus so you can be able to change the weather on the watch from Celsius to Fahrenheit the location is correct it’s just this minor change needed.

I LookfitPlus / and Watch won’t let you pick your location for weather. It auto-picked a random location, and the weather is very far from accurate to my local weather.

I don’t have aWatch but it’s on my vape I wish that it would tell you how much juice is left an battery %to and I wish it would let you put your hole phone book on there to plus text. P.S. and get the flavor to Taste better

Had trouble at first. Then I decided to make up my own account number and logged in quickly. Had to figure it out myself because online search, pamphlet, and tutorial watching all said nothing about the account number.

I had this watch for months and used it everyday with little to no issues until day it logged me out and said I needed an account number. Where do I find this number? I looked every where even in the box and found nothing. I see nothing on the watch and can get back into LookfitPlus anymore. Even if I needed to make an account I have no account number. Makes the watch useless. Can’t tell the time anymore cause it won’t connect without LookfitPlus .

I cant figure out how to sign up whar is the account number ?? I am trying to connect my vape i just got to try it out and it tpuld me to download LookfitPlus and cant use it ?

Can’t get the weather right on my watch

I used LookfitPlus to log into my vape smart device and it’s so epic, I love playing 2048 while vaping at the same time. Timer feature is very loud, very good product 8/10

I’m a bit confused why the push dial advertised is not available, please help
