This was perfect for monitoring my elderly grandmother. However, the updated version imposes a 5minute limit for viewing your live feed. With the time limit, IPC360Home/camera is no longer functional. Can you please change this time limit or offer access to your older version?

In addition, the play back function is also affected with the update. I can be reviewing footage from 2:17pm when it automatically jumps to 8:45pm. This never happened on the older version.

Please please please offer a solution.

I have 2 cameras. Initially they were easy to install and showed a great picture. In less than 2 weeks they suddenly dropped from my app at the same time. App shows “no devices”. I tried to add them back on and it says cannot join. The WiFi is working fine but I cannot get either camera to reconnect. I’ve deleted everything and reset the cameras several times with no success. When I try to reach support that also says failed to send. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I decided to purchase a subscription after a trial period for the cloud service and now it doesn’t work. I didn’t change any settings. Everything it set to upload recordings to my album when the camera is triggered. It will play Live feed but it’s not recording anything! I tried to manually record a video and it still doesn’t upload to the cloud playback. I contacted the help service twice with no response. After two weeks I had to ask IPC360Home Store for a refund because I was paying for nothing and not having the cloud service renders the camera useless for me. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I have been use the camera for years and it is hard to connect camera WiFi every time I reset the camera( when I moved to a new place). Today the house WiFi was disconnected for a while and the camera was also offline, there was no option for me to reconnect so I deleted the device and add a new one. I couldn’t connect the camera WiFi even though I finished the WiFi setting, so frustrated!

Giving three stars for now, it worked really well just as a simple camera to check in on my fish but now I can only load audio and the picture always freezes right away, can barely ever see any video anymore. The other most recent reviewer is having the same issues- please fix and I’ll update!

This is the first indoor camera I’ve ever used. The 360 degree function is not smooth, though I have nothing to compare to. 8/10 times you must take a 21 shot panorama of the room before you can change the angle and rotate the camera. Other than that the picture quality and alert system seem to function as expected, I just wish it was easier to reposition the camera so I’m not bombarded with alerts while I’m in my own room.

I get constant notifications from one of two camera that I have, but when I open IPC360Home , it says no notifications! Turned off notifications since it clearly wasn’t working. No SIM card was included in either camera. I believe they just want to sell cloud space. Cameras function for what I need them for. At least one does. The second one continually goes off line or simply doesn’t work.

Since the last update, the cameras will say “Video will be available for viewing shortly” with a gray screen but it never loads. I don’t have the cloud service. It’s playing straight from the card. It worked great until the latest update rolled out a couple of days ago. I have to close IPC360Home and reopen several times before the video will finally load.

I think I’ve only written a couple of app reviews in the last 20 years. I do like these cameras and IPC360Home so thought I would send one suggestion. I have another camera app that allows me to play back video in 2x, 4x, 8x, etc. It makes reviewing footage so much easier than watching it in real time when you’re trying to find the kids that ding dong ditched you in the middle of the night.

The camera works but not as well as I’d like and now after a recent update I can’t get the picture to rotate on my phone, liked it better before the update, after feedback from the developer, they have resolved my problem. Now the camera and motion light work in a way I like.

I was a bit wary initially about using IPC360Home and the associated Rreslicam camera. It does not necessarily have every feature I’d like, but I have used it for 3 weeks or so and it has proven reliable.

I had some reservations about uploading video to a Chinese company that was completely unknown. I have not paid for a data plan, but the fact that Apple Pay would be the method eased worries. I decided if Apple and Google considered this trustworthy I felt okay using it.

I wish there was a feature to set motion sensing sensitivity level to trigger recording. On windy days, I can get a LOT of trigger notifications. Fortunately it just gives one until you respond, not 30 of them.

I am also using an SD card for continuous recording. Has worked very well in the past week. I am able to play back at least 6 days so far.

Installs easy enough and connected to wifi with little effort. Night vision and daytime image are good quality. Setting up times for lights as a motion sensor is fairly straight forward. There is no contrast or brightness adjustment for the image so bright areas will be over exposed and dark areas not as exposed. So if you have a bright patio with darker fence line in the background this may not be suitable. Otherwise it’s a good system. I have a second unit purchased for another part of my perimeter.

After working through a few initial bugs, these have turned out to be pretty good spotlight cams. Took a while to get the ONVIF working correctly with my NVR but eventually they did work and are still working good a month later. I don’t use IPC360Home much but it also seems pretty good. WiFi stays connected well. Lights could stand to be brighter but I am satisfied overall.

We got two PTZ cameras given to us for our house in VA. We haven’t moved in yet and are still in NY for awhile. These help us check on the place until we complete the move. With the remote Cloud account storing video activity, it will be more cost effective than a security system like ADT for the meanwhile.
Great clarity, but tilting up is a bit of an issue with both cameras.

Been using for 2 months and it has always connected quickly. While on a recent trip, it was great to be able to view files at my leisure and the “live” view is a nice feature to randomly check in on pets.

We are Very pleased with our 2 cameras - IBought an older camera and it was perfect then we bought a second one and it was so easy to install. It was immediately upgraded to the newest app. The video is clear and you’re able to adjust the cameras remotely. One glitch we noticed however is that sometimes it skips recording because I was city for example my sonLeaving out of the front door then a few seconds later or minutes later he’s walking around the house so there are gaps because I never saw himReturn to the house. Otherwise very pleased and we don’t have to worry when we were out of town because we can see what’s going on inside our home.

We bought this camera to watch our dog when he is in the crate and we are not home - it was easy to set up and install and has been extremely reliable and I would recommend this camera to anyone for indoor use

The camera works inside the house. I have on facing the street. During the day I can see what the dogs are barking at. But at night the camera reflects in the glass and I can not see anything outside. I have one on my covered front porch and that one I can see if something is out there.

We got this to watch our dog while we were away to make sure she was okay. It’s perfect, great picture quality, good sound, and easy move around remotely. We can even speak to her if needed. I will say the sound seems much louder on IPC360Home than it really is in reality, but that’s probably good if your trying to hear everything going on.

My parents live in the guest house across my driveway. Dad has Parkinson’s and mom has dementia. They are both pretty independent for now. I do like having the camera so I can monitor when my dad gets up at night and this is when he most frequently falls. Mom says he falls a lot, dad says he doesn’t. Now I can see they are just fine. Only had the camera for a month but has been totally worth the peace of mind.

I got this camera to keep an eye out when baby is asleep. So far it’s better and affordable. IPC360Home is improving and I can see quality videos on my screen both dark and day. I can even take picture, talk and record it. I like that it came with easy to hook on the wall but safer to wait if you decide to move it from time to time like I do. I can check even when I’m outside or if hubby is at work and wants to check. I love the fact that only certain people can see the camera for safety and security. Overall it has been great investment even though it has been last year. So far don’t have issues.

I bought the camera because I needed 5g because of my phone! I guess they would of worked if IPC360Home work! App wouldn’t load in fact crashed upon loading! Wish I saw this review before buying!

App won’t connect to my camera despite following all of the instructions exactly as they are written. Returning my camera tomorrow

App crashes after new update from November 23, 2020. Both on iPhone and iPad. Please fix ASAP. Can’t use cameras, security breach!
