I will change this review if I find more answer about this app. I literally just downloaded this app because DOORDASH has suggested or partnered with this app. For me personally it will help me with my credit card debts. But I’m finding it hard to believe that just after a couple of seconds that the negotiator was able to talk to all of my creditors and ask for it to lower down my debts so I can pay it overtime. I am barely starting to pay off one by one using this app and this app better make sure they’re paying off my debts. Because if I find out that you are really was just a scam. Oh man there will be serious consequences man. I am not kidding with you. I better see my credit score go up not only by just your app because I will also check the 3-credit bureaus to see if my score matches the score on clerkie. And check if any of my debt was really paid. I AM NOT SCARED TO SUE ANY OF YOU so don’t try to scam people who are trying to rebuild their lives. I WILL COME BACK AFTER A FEW MONTHS ones I pay off at least 2 or 3 of my debts and change my review if anything changes for the good.

The app itself may be helpful to some people but that hasn’t been the case for me. Messages to the Clerkie automated assistant go unanswered unless you ask a specific question it’s programmed to answer. Questions to customer support email also go unanswered. I’ve been trying for over a month to contact someone about the credit builder savings account that I want to cancel. My credit card is being charged twice a month. The app says I can close the account and/or withdraw my funds at anytime BUT the catch is you can’t access the account from the app or anyplace else from what I can tell. I want this account closed and my money returned. Hopefully someone on the support team reads these reviews.

First of all, I never write reviews. ever. especially for apps on the app store! But WOW I am genuinely crying tears of joy over how much Clerkie has & is currently helping me with my financial situation. I have gotten myself into unfortunately a lot of debt due to my mental illness, with the overspending and then not making any of my payments I got myself into almost 5k worth of debt. Knowing how much I owed & the anxiety behind it/me feeling extremely ashamed that I got myself to that point I had no idea what to do. I was too embarrassed to call the card companies myself and I was losing so, so much hope. Thankfully I came across Clerkie and they have helped negotiate my debts down to currently me only owing about $1,600 instead of almost 5 grand!!! I can’t stop crying tears of joy and I can’t wait to finally be debt free and start saving now that i’m in such a better place mentally. I can’t thank Clerkie enough and will absolutely never get rid of this app, this is one of a kind and definitely the best of the best
