Often when playing Tile Match 3D I select an object but an entirely different object on the opposite side of the board is what gets chosen. This usually results in my losing a life which is VERY frustrating. What can be done about this malfunction. I have updated the program but the problem persists. Thanks for your response.
Game freezes and does not let me choose the desired object. Instead, it highlights another one and I can’t pick that one either. Suddenly a totally new object (that I did not pick) pops into my boxes. Meanwhile the clock continues to tick.

When i play Match 3 D I start to get all the matches done and they disappear BUT THen the matches show up again on the right side of my screen so there is no way I can win because they all come back therefore I am timed out every time!!!!!! The game has stopped adding clocks to my boosters even though I'm collecting every one if them in every level. Currently on level 1357 and no new clock boosters.

After the last update, I lost all my old play. I had finished hundreds of levels and had lots of bonuses. When I started the game it started back at level 1. I deleted the game, which I had paid for.

Hi. The game had frozen once before at the opening picture. Nothing resolved it so I deleted the app and redownloaded it, which, of course lost everything. I played for several days and it did it again. My iPad has storage and nothing else is doing that. What can I do? Thanks

Ads won’t play, none of them can’t get bonus or 5X so frustrating. Just flash black briefly then spin and spin.

Same issues as others with claim button not working for multiple times points and bonuses on my IPad. Other issue is I get stuck on a black screen with an x in right hand corner. Closing the x sometimes brings me back to a commercial or the spinning claim button. App on my iPhone works correctly.
I can’t watch videos.. constant spinning in all videos. I can’t get daily coins from watching videos. The “X” 5 etc. I can’t use because the place to tap on ANY videos is constantly spinning. Same problem as many people mentioned above. Cannot watch ads for extra 10 coins, get the extra spin that is offered every day question watch a video to get 2, 3, 4, 5X times the points. The screen shows a spinning circle each time. I’ve tried closing the app, etc.

JQ Grace has said it all. No bonuses after commercials, no second spin bonus, no bonus free play, cannot add up to 5X the base spin. Tried to reboot wifi, tried to reboot iPad….. no luck. I’ve been playing for a while, but suddenly, the rewards stop on the spinning circle. The 10 coins you can get for commercials, the second spin of the big wheel each day, the collecting of the reward coins after a win, they all just have the spinning circle and hang up there. I have tried waiting it out, exiting the game and re-entering/restarting, shutting down my iPad and restarting, and re-opening the app from the App Store,but have had no luck. Any suggestions?

Sims add locks the screen and you can only close the app. I’ve lost over 10k stars and over 750 coins plus numerous others! When will this be fixed? I paid for these how will I get compensation? If not resolved, I’m done with this game!

The game freezes up and then it restarts a new game.
After I finish a game and have an opportunity to increase my total winning number by 2,3,4,5 times, it will not allow me to do so. All it does is buffer (circles) and if I try to just claim it instead of increasing numbers it won’t allow me to do so. So I have to go completely out of the game and reopen app. By doing this I loose the amount all together. This makes it very difficult to compete in the tournament who’ve I have won a few times now I’m running in the 30’s and 40th place. Also, if I do get a chance to keep my winning numbers or increase that total then I watch the advertisement it will go black and then I loose again because I have to go back out of the app to start over. This has been going on for over a month now and it’s very frustrating especially since I have researched as to what to do and not getting answers. I have updated the app, updated my iPhone, turned the light down on the phone etc. not very happy with this game!!
