I love that I can shop on the app but to be honest no matter where I go every time I get on the app it gives me trouble for the first hour. Says app can’t connect to your servers come back later. But I miss out on checking out on the app. It takes a while to load products when I scroll down. I have to scroll down blanks then it loads and I have to scroll back up. It’s just time consuming at times.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the website and the APP. I have been a customer of Heather’s and the Bickley Babes (&Ryan) for awhile and enjoy watching the lives. It is NOW So easy to claim what I want despite my internet speed, it is very easy to pay (allowing me to keep a card on file so I can just tap it to check-out) and I love being able to see my order history so I can refer back to it quickly for sizes. I also love the waitlist and preauthorization feature. I would like to suggest that the Brand name also be listed up top with the item number, colors & sizes. That would help us know what size to get without having to wait and listen for Heather to go through the whole size. range.

I love Heathered Boho! I love Heather and her whole team! Their customer service is amazing!!! and quick! She tries on everything and tells you how everything fits! She’s real and just amazing! and she has a wonderful team that is the same way! Shipping is quick! You will not find a boutique like this one! She only gets the best and she’s so amazing and I won’t shop anywhere else! She has it all! You won’t be disappointed and if you are reserved about trying something new, she will help you and you will gain that confidence! and love!
