Best thing to happen to restoration documentation ever. Makes documenting and labeling the easiest part of the job. Before and after feature is amazing for people than enjoy the after shots. Features that allow you to creat and beautiful time stamped document with photos notes and even videos that can be sent through email to adjusters! Oh yea and customer service is next level, personal regular emails and if you need help figuring out how to share photos they will contact you back immediately no computers or automated responses. The future is bright with this!

I’ve been having a problem with CompanyCam lately. When I visit a job for the first time I take pictures but do not create a new project in company cam. Then when the customer accepts the proposal, I create a project in CC, and I used to be able to pull photos off my device, but not anymore. Now it seems that the only way I can get pictures into company cam is by creating a project, and taking the pictures while I have CompanyCam open. For what I do, it is a lot of work to create a new project for every sales call I go on, considering my closure rate is only 40%. In the past I could take a picture, but then if the customer approved the project three months later, I could simply add from my device. And finding the pictures was easy when I search by date. I don’t know what happened, but I don’t like it.

I was introduced to Company Cam’s platform by a previous employer and immediately loved everything about it. I have recently been able to implement this into the company I now work for, and it’s the missing tool from our projects! It’s easy to use for any user, you can share live links with your customers or subs, create reports with annotations, monitor projects from an office, and more. Their customer service is top notch, 10/10 recommend if your project management you need Company Cam.

Great place to keep job photos organized.
I’m a Roofer. I keep track of all my past and current repair jobs, full roof replacements, and roof inspections.

It’s easy to quickly see when photos were taken, upload photos instantly or even months later from your phone and CompanyCam keeps everything in chronological order.

You can make pdf photo reports via the web portal. Hopefully soon from mobile phones.

Send photos links of selected photos to customers and sub contractors. You can annotate on the photos you share as well.

I subscribe to the pro version to take 30sec saved videos. Which comes in handy when sharing inspection thoughts and recommendations to my customers remotely.

There are lots of other team features but I’m solo. It’s great for me.

For my application (little play on words) as a construction field inspector, CompanyCam really fits my need. I take a lot of pictures in completing my inspection assignments and CompanyCam provides a customizable format for the assembly.
Moreover, rearranging the pictures for proper sequence is very easy. There are many tools in CompanyCam that I can tweak, adjust, and add additional verbiage to enhance my presentations. So, what ever you use this type of app for... you can’t go wrong.

Share a timeline with your customers. Organize specific photos by tags that you can search later. Show future customers your past projects. Best business and sales tool in my pocket. Thanks this app

If you aren’t using this app then you are years behind! Now why would you want to be years behind everyone else!?!? Stop thinking and just download it already! Be the best like the rest of us using this app and you won’t have to worry about being average!!!

Our office has over 20 employees and with company cam our technicians are able to instantly get photos, videos and notes back to the office within seconds of doing inspections in homes every single day.
The phone app is so easy to use and just as wonderful on a desktop version. Our company loves Company Cam and will be using it for years to come!

As a self employed service plumber, CompanyCam is gold. By having each job with a geo-tag. I am able to immediately access information about jobs I may not have been too in months. I use CompanyCam everyday and it has completely changed my processes for the better.

Despite liking CompanyCam for projects it is extremely frustrating and inconvenient to have to literally stop anything I am doing to do a chat for any and all issues. Had an issue yesterday that was discovered to be an issue on CompanCam side, technicians on a jobsite and No One to Speak to. After approximately 45 mins - 1 hour it was corrected. Now today another issue that was not addressed yesterday regarding billing and once again no one to call and speak to. So once again pulling over to start a chat…

A slight learning curve but very nice app. I would like to see being able to search for nearby projects in order of how close they are. When I browse nearby projects it doesn’t show them in order of how close they are to me. Other than that I love CompanyCam and use it daily for work.

App seems awesome to share photos. Unlimited storage is awesome. However I have a bunch of part time people and contractors or even consultants that I would love to use CompanyCam for if I send them out to look at a job. However at $20 a user it is not practical since some users may only use it once a month wish there just was a per photo fee or something. We set up a NAS that people upload to for a lot less or just send pics through email.

App seems to have trouble loading projects. Sometimes need to refresh the screen or close CompanyCam depending on the device. Sometimes can put the address in multiple times when searching through projects and it blinks the address but will not pull it up. Must go to search to find the address and be able to actually navigate to it.

I had asked them several times. They need a field in the customer info section for the contractor to put the homeowners phone number and email address

The address line is great I can look up the job
Then tap the address line which then goes directly to my maps

But it’s frustrating that there is no place to place the phone number that when I tap the number it should make the call

I presently store the homeowners phone number in notes on their app and then I have to copy and paste it this is not cool I’m hoping this post makes them change

Used to love CompanyCam until app functionality deteriorated into extremely long lags. Photos often don't upload period and end up in 'upload status' page, but don't automatically load when you re-enter a good service area or even Wifi. You have to manually click each pending photo in order to upload. Spoke to support and they suggested deleting and re-installing. Zero effect. CompanyCam has gone to trash and I'm deleting it permanently today.

I use it almost every day: both helping clients to understand a problem and for after the work is done to show amazing “before and after” images that are built into the system. Keep up the good work guys.

Great program we use in our company. My only issue, which for my line of work is annoying is not being able to take advantage of the iphones zoom out feature. I’m always having to step back to get a full image of our project. Please update this.

I really enjoyed Company Cam before their updates in 2021. They made the reports interface very unfriendly. Used to be able to click on images and have high resolution photos shared with customers.

The reports numbering covers up the photo in the report. The PDF and online images in the reports are a pain.

I've given feedback before and they said they would work on it but it hasn't gotten better since about a year ago that they made the updates.

Easily the worst app I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My company had paid for the service after being sold on marketing wank so we tried our best to utilize it.
CompanyCam refuses to work, if you rely on photos to get paid on contracts, LOOK ELSEWHERE, we have lost out on entire jobs because the photos would just vanish. Other times it would show up as “Atlantis”. Terrible, just terrible.

A complete and utter flop. CompanyCam cost the company THOUSANDS of dollars a year.

A dozen tech x hour of trying to get CompanyCam to work (daily) = ALOT of lost revenue.

We never once had problems just sending photos in an email to our gmail account.

Don’t buy the marketing wank, set up a gmail, have techs email all the photos directly from their phones and be done with it.

this app has saved us a lot of time in terms of file organization while improving our access to job site related photos and ability to share photos with our clients. I’ve been using for over a year and CompanyCam has worked very well on my iPhone 6s

Used it in Roanoke va it was good to have but now that I’m back home I can’t use my same email

The old version of CompanyCam was very user friendly and made it very easy to find recent projects but the new update seems to put the projects in no particular order which is a big headache. Very disappointed that you can choose how you want to sort the projects. I really like this app but the new app isn’t up to par. Hopefully a new update will come soon than later....

is very slow and low all the battery of my phone and lately no longer uploads a picture, when I'm taking pictures directly from the phone does not upload and when I try to upload not update this application is truly terrible is a total disaster and More terrible is that the company forces me to use it from the newspaper, it is supposed that it should be easy and quick to update photos before it was better.

My crew doesn’t love technology or being told they have to take pictures but the ease of CompanyCam helped me roll this out! Thank you for helping us keep customers honest with photo documentation!

Great for communicating with guys in the field and keeping them connected to the office. Don’t need Dropbox anymore either but still keeps work separate from my phone storage.

All of our crews, technicians and salesman use CompanyCam to document every step of every project. We love it! Tremendous tool that helps us manage our company and provide an enhanced customer experience.

We use this app to document all the photos of rental properties, keep track of documents with the scanner, and make awesome before and afters when we complete renovations.

One of the better apps our company has added. It is one I don’t think we could do without anymore.
