Update: I got a response on our attempt to get UniCam working. We finally remedied the issue we were having with our equipment, but when I attempted to access the cameras on the pro version of UniCam that I paid for, I no longer have the pro version (somehow). I am being told I must purchase UniCam again. I have emailed the “customer support” and gotten zero response. How do I get my app restored to the pro version which I ALREADY paid for, without having to pay again?

First camera added easily; picture clear and accurate. Try to add second camera, only one is allowed with free version. Upgraded to pro version, add all other cameras, now none work. Not even the first one, which worked fine before I bought the “better version”. Don’t waste your money. You responded that I should email for assistance, but there is no contact information to be found. How exactly should I get a hold of you? If UniCam won’t work, I’d like to have my money back.

I have a IP camera that worked well with another app that not supporting new iOS. I purchased UniCam. It found the camera but failed to add it.

Literally everything it tries to do freezes UniCam . Does not work at all on AppleTV or iPad.

Even if I pay it doesn’t say I can PTZ with an on if compliant PTZ CAMERA. I COULD NOT CONTACT THE DEVELOPER TO ASK SO I GIVE UniCam a 1 star.

Did not detect any onvif devices. Manual add of devices failed to connect dispite them being configured to be detectable. Other onvif software detected and connected without issue.

UniCam the only one I know that found all my onvif devices. If you will add in ptz for camera, I would pay for the Pro one.

So far UniCam has worked great, discovering my cameras and my NVR very quickly and it was easy to set up. The one issue I had got a quick response from the developer. The only thing left I want out of UniCam is for it to launch directly into the camera view rather than the dashboard (I’m told it’s coming; for now it can be done by launching from a widget).
