I can’t get past the schedule appointment for vaccine and date screen
Tried on pc as well nothing works
App seems to be buggy and unresponsive

Local Omani numbers only

Apps only can be use using omani number. People traveling around the world and if every country do the same, how many sim card do we need to have??

Date fonts

All the fonts sizes are ok except the date. It’s too small you can hardly read the date. Please increase the font size for the date.

Showing always unregistered

It always shows unregistered, I already registered before and was able to
View my all PCR tests now from two days it started showing unregistered. I am
Using my oman number without 968. I have to download my vaccination certificate, please fix the bug

Vaccination option added, but lacks record update

It is a good idea adding the vaccination page details especially as a record for traveling, however MOH need to update the record for vaccination. So far it is either very slow in the update or only 1st dose is updated.

OTP not sending, payment failing

They would fail my payment multiple times i checked my bank and everything but the problem is Tarassud . Now i log off to restart Tarassud and I need a OTP but it will not send as i have US number. I’m on my flight now and this is so disappointing for an app we are required to have.

Please help!

It keeps saying NOT REGISTERED! I am registered and the moment I re - register again it won’t let me open CASE REGISTER page or my vaccine page . It redirects me to the registration page again and I have to put my phone number and wait for the OTP which takes ages to come and sometimes never ! How am I to get my vaccine proof ????

Unable to login

Registering

Live in the USA and trying to pre register for my visit. It won’t allow me to do so. It just says I’m unregistered and there is nothing i can click on to enter my information. Most pages i go to within the menu are blank.

Tarassud never works and never does what it’s supposed to. I don’t know why I’m forced to use this frustrating app.

Hi..i done my second dose vaccine in nmc hospital gobra on 21/9/2021..in tbe tarasud appnit showing NOT VACCINATED.I contact nmc hospital they replied me .our end we updated..stil same problem.. Then how i ll get my vaccine certificate..please can you make solution

Because I already got my 1st Dose of Vaccine and 2nd Planning to get by tomorrow therefore i have to show it to the medical officer. Thanks

I got my first dose Pfizer Vaccine on 28th June 2021 from Badr Al Sama Polyclinic, Al Khuwair, but still it is not updated. I took second Dose from Al Raffah Hospital, Al khuwair on 28th July 2021 and this one is now updated as first dose. Please correct it and update accordingly.

Unable to login , it says check your credentials, the first vaccine I took I managed to login in then I logged out, from there I was not able to login anymore
