The app has no pictures! Do they take several days after event to load? Ive seen a few vomments saying the same. Is there another way to access and view photos?
Hi, I’ve contacted you through event bright in regards to the muddy princess in Austin on the 20th. I had signed up for this last year and it was canceled due to Covid. I cannot attend this Sunday the 20th as I am obligated to be in church as I am on the council. I would like a full refund for this race. I am getting no one returning an email Advise Cynthia Simon

Got an email that pictures were loaded, went into app and it does nothing for the event I was in. Keeps trying to put me in events in other parts of the country. No way to get into settings to check your profile. Lots of fun at event, not so much in follow up.
App is horrible

The app will not sync for the specific date of the event that me and my friends did. Deleted the app multiple time and downloaded again. Still won’t sync. Just spins and spins and spins. You need to offer another way to view pictures since your app doesn’t work.
